So, I got back from work yesterday and my wife was showing me 2 chivita exotic drinks, 5 cans of my brand of beer and a leg of freshly killed raw goat meat, I was like babe u win jackpot, what’s going on here, show me the way na? And She said it was my tenant that brought them for the celebration of his new car.
I was like no wonder when I drove into the compound I saw a car parked, I thought maybe it was a visitor.

So Immediately I went to his flat to congratulate and celebrate with him. As we were talking he said something and he said since he moved into my compound things have been going well for him especially in his business. I was really glad hearing those words and I said All Thanks to God . I also encouraged him to keep working hard and always pray to God for grace.

To me, there’s nothing special about my compound, I believe if u consistently work hard and smart u will get positive results.
na my wife dey even force me go church every Sunday, there’s no Sunday morning my wife don’t say “your mate are getting ready to take their family to church while you’re still on the bed.”

Wow, this is such an inspiring story It really shows that hard work, consistency, and a positive mindset matter more than the location itself. Love how you also encouraged your tenant and gave credit to God. And big respect to your wife for keeping that spiritual reminder alive. Definitely makes me think twice about how environment and habits influence success

This is exactly my experience bro, I moved into a particular place I don't wish to mention it's location and lost my car and office the other branch was performing poorly, hunger nearly wiped a whole family off and finally were disgraced (so I thought) out of the house. This a place I paid 2 years upfront oo to assist in completing the building (Bungalow).

But now I have a 2014 Toyota brand bought brand new, which I wish to lunch for Christmas by next week packed at a friend's hotel for the past 1 month now cos I want to surprise madam. Note that in less that 7 months since I moved into my current place the near dead branch office all of a sudden picked and other business activities picked also.

Maybe it is a coincidence or fait... I don't know

It's a coincidence. That same house some people are doing fine. Time and chance happen to everyone.

I moved into an apartment that belongs to one of Obas in Lagos but the mix reality is that some were making progress while some were lamenting profusely.

I'm my own case, I use to pray regularly so I believe whatever the spirituality it won't affect me negatively.

Wherever I stay, I make progress even when others complains

I’m currently going through a lot. I don’t usually think along the line of a house having an influence on a persons fortunes but my current experience is making me have a different view. Especially with the topic of this post and your own personal experience on the subject matter. I parked to this flat in March of 2022 and by November of that same year, I lost my car(stolen from where it was parked) two years later, my wife gave birth to my last child and he turned out to be born with Down syndrome. My mother was having issues with her health, BP. I brought her to stay with me last year. She was on her medications, yet she slept and didn’t wake up on Feb 18th this year. In the same house. Oh, I forgot to add that the landlord, a one time Senatorial candidate of the PDP increased the rent by 100% one year after I moved in. I’m just surviving by the Grace of God. I never thought or believed a house has any such influence on a person’s fortune but I’m beginning to think differently. I pray my story changes for the better. I tap into your Grace🙏🏿. I don suffer reach ooo. It is well. I’ve been trekking and hoping from bus to bus since 2022. A man with a family ooo. It is well.

The last house I stayed took me back by 7 years.
I sold or lost 3 fans, settees, tv, speakers, pressing iron, blender, gas cooker/oven, mattress, hanger, bakery business, yam business and a serious girlfriend.

I'm quietly building back after leaving the house.

Yes to some extent because that is ur environment and ur environment influences u to an extent but this is only for a underdeveloped mind or a still developing mind.

A well developed mind can live in the Sahara desert and still function optimally because they choose what influences them in their environment and how it influences them.

Note a bad environment can inspire u and an affluent environment can kill ur inspiration. it depends on the phase u are in and the individual perspective.

This is why the best musician, footballers and talent come from the ghetto. Too much comfort at early stages is a weakness.

Another way to phrase that question is : are some landlords against progress abd prosperity of tenants? Big YES. In fact after packing out, they can sponsor people to move into you new compound with you to continue the work of their hands.

I believe it does oooo because I am a living testimony.... The house I lived before, non of the landlords 4 male children have gotten married while all the female have been married and the least of them is 35, why the eldest should be in his 50s. Living in the same compound with my landlord back then, every progress stopped until I packed out from the house

I lived in a house similar in Anambra,boom, something will be running in the ceiling, I pray and pray,later I had accident bit not from there though,a tenant had accident before and later survived,when I came back because it's a two storey building, I decided to pack out,the landlord was begging me as if his life depends on the house,least I forget,I started getting revelation about the house, eventually when I came back from surgery,I called an evangelist to come and pray for me,d man was like if I destroy what dey buried here,d idiot will issue quite notice in 2 days,for me I said no point,
Since I packed out from d house,I don get car,buy land self!my house set like kilode.
Those devilish landlords are evil, he called and called because I was no longer picking,na so the man stop to dey call

Well it does..
1. I lost my first child in place A at childbirth,
Moved and gave birth to 2 same town but different house.
2. I went to different state, the house am currently in, God blessed me to move from earning 400k to expecting about 3M in a month. On a 9-5 job. Have a car, have lands.

I know it's God's doing, but mhen atimes learn not to make enemies in your compound and be nice. So that somebody will not put eye on your matter.

I am a living testimony.

I got myself an apartment after school in this particular location. (Location A)
I was doing fine before I moved in. Then all of a sudden everything stopped, my school couldn’t mobilize me for NYSC saying I had an extra of which I know that I passed all my exams.
Then I started working pending the time they will Mobilize me for NYSC. So I was doing fine and growing…

All of a sudden, I had an accident, lost my job 3 days after. Lost my dad. I sold my TV, home theater, my bed, pots, clothes and some other electronics.
I almost died of hunger.

Then my Mom came to my rescue and forced me to park out, so I lived with her for some time..

After moving with her I started progressing all of a sudden, I got my myself another apartment in less than 6 months.
I started replacing most of the things I sold when SAPA won kill me.
I was later mobilized for NYSC.
Immediately after NYSC I got a job.

The lesson I’ve learned so far is that one needs to be careful and prayerful before moving to a new apartment.

Where you live matters . Some houses you rent will never make you progress in life cos of where the landlord belongs. I once lived in a too and palor ...but everyone that packed out of that house goes straight to his or her house . I thought it was a joke untill I built mine . THE FIRST step in sucess us making the right choice in your apartment. Apartment might he ugly but brings progress...most people send the apartment address to there pastor for prayer before m9ving in ..if is not a good play ...you will end up selling all your property.. you may leave with nothing

Hello sir, I can boldly say that its not a coincidence.. There are houses that some landlord uses their tenants glory..this we have seen!

When you want to enter a new rented house, normally you are suppose to carry out some checks to know if the house is clean
