Child rights act is a federal law that puts age of marriage at 18 though not all states have domesticated it
I think they got married in Delta and Delta has domesticated it but Ned was smart enough to get hold of her voters card

There's 3 recognized forms of Marriage in Nigeria.
Marriage under the Act
Customary Marriage
Islamic Marriage
You can choose to marry whatever way you please. However you are not eligible to marry more than one wife under the Marriage Act.

Ned knows this that's why he either marries his wives under Islamic rite being a Muslim or Customary rites under which he married the Daniel girl.

This is an easy case that will go same way anywhere in the world.

Is the ID card valid and confirmed by INEC?

When did she get her first passport? Was Ned in the picture when she did and aided it? She will need evidence to proof that Ned aided it? The international passport is a government property, and Ned can always claim he never knew the details in it.

The guy they messing with is a lawyer. No lawyer is going to make heaven. If he starts twisting this case, Regina’s family will beg.

You know as it stands today, Regina has already confirmed she does drugs accusing Ned of luring her into it. Are drug addiction is established. What evidence can confirm that Ned lured her into it? Any witness to buttress claim? But a video of her and her brother doing drugs exists, which shows she was in that act with him.

The law sees differently and it’s based on facts backed by evidences.

You guys are pushing that girl to destruction. There is absolutely nothing she can use to win him in court. She is just being emotional. Court doesn't deliver judgements based on emotions unlike social media. She should go for her rehab and complete it. As it stands sef, she can't have access to her kids if she doesn't do her rehabilitation

For those saying a voters card could be a forgery. Let's be reminded the criteria to get a voters card is either using a Valid NiN or birth certificate.

So if she forged her voters card, it then means her NiN or birth certificate were also forgeries.
