1. Major CHUKWUMA "KADUNA" NZEOGWU. A revolutionary and Mastermind of 1966 Military coup.
2. Major EMMANUEL IFEAJUNA. An athlete who won Nigeria's first Gold medal in high jump at the Commonwealth Games in 1956.
3. Major GIDEON ORKAR. The Arrowhead of the 1990 failed Military coup against the Babangida regime. If he had succeeded, most of the Northwest states would have been removed from Nigeria.
4. General YAKUBU "JACK" GOWON. The humble son of a Christian Missionary who became a Soldier and Nigeria's Head of State for 9years.

1. Responsible for a coup that led to four years of bloodshed

2. Made the bloodshed worse.

3. Involved in the bloodbath of the July 66 coup. Also, did not cover himself in glory re capturing Onitsha during the war.

4. A brutal dictator, who also is part of the problems we face today

5. Brutal dictator's lapdog. Allegedly involved in some unsavory things. Also a coupist.

6. Some proud soldier guy who shows us that apparently the soldiers at lekki were right. Obeying orders that is.

Nzeogwu did his bit during that coup, that other people let him down is a shame. He was known as very principled and disciplined and had socialist leanings. He is a hero to me, not perfect but who is, and to a lot on the left.

Idiagbon was all about a hatred for tardiness which had infiltrated all aspects of Nigerian life. All the BS to do with decree 4 and other nonsense oppressive aspects of the Buhari regime was nothing to do with him, I am reliably informed and believe.

People were pleased about the coup until the smoke cleared and some were able to paint a tribal tinge to it (which in fairness was hard to defend).

However if he had been assigned to "deal with" Zik or Mbadiwe, he would have done it. That I am convinced about. Once more, he was let down.

The level of idiocy that WAI cured was wonderful to behold, shame once more, like in Nzeogwu's case, a principled officer was let down.

Where is Sergeant Rogers? As for Yerima, we are promoting him from Lieutenant to Lt Colonel.

Where is Bukar Suka Dimka?

The only junior officer who single handedly carry out a coup in the history of Nigeria!
