Yes and no. That's why it's a dilemma and seemingly beyond the compression of simple minded Nigerians.

The military is justified because the minister is seen to be corrupt and possibly a drug addict and/or a drunkard henc3 his irrational and brutish attitude, it's clear that he, in collaboration the PRESIDENT are thieves. The military sees all these things and have acted accordingly.

Albeit, like Regina Daniels and many politicians and celebrities, they are classed as functional drug addicts because Despite their addiction they still contribute meaningfully to society and do not cause any disturbance or commit illegality.
When I first watched the video, I was shocked. My first impression was that the Military was totally wrong. They have no business guarding private property and prevent a sitting Minister from accessing the land considering the fact that they had no papers for the land in question. Nigerians are supporting this illegality based on the past antecedents of the man Wike, which is understandable considering that Nigerians are mostly simple minded people.
But people with conscience know that there is a big problem. This administration has lost all all respect both locally and internationally, that was the essence of my last post. The President has been holed up somewhere for somewhere for the past few days since the threat from President Trump, despite the threat to to protect Christians, President Tinubu has proven that he is powerless over the security of Nigeria. Since the pronouncements of Trump, the terrorists have killed Nigerians everyday till date. The terrorists also responded to Trump insisting that there is Jihad and Christian genocide ongoing in Nigeria. I trust Nigerians, the recent event of wike vs military will completely eclipse the issue of Christian genocide. You can even see Tinubu has come of hiding 😂😂.

The Armed forces are meant to defend the country, they are not meant to defend their oga's property.

Whoever gave him that order needs court martialling if they are still in the army. If they are not, then he needs the court martial.

The fact that majority of public opinion is in support of the army guys also shows how much people have lost faith in civilian governance. Tell your gods to retrace their steps. Should the military be guarding the parcel of land? No!

Should Wike have gone there with armed personnel after prior report of military presence at the site? The land should’ve been sealed by the police pending final judgement from a court.

Show me the valid official assignment of an officer to go and stand in front of the building of a retired or serving officer to stop due diligence being done on said buildings by the authorities.
