I was even pitying the players before, that going to the world cup will be good for their career. Turns out they don't want to go, or they're not good enough. Well, till next 4 years then.

You can't win tournaments without a midfield. Lesson Learnt

We need to scout for midfielders

Karlovych:
Well the players tried their best
I disagree.

We can't say we tried our best when we were not the better side.

1. The best team won
2. Lookman should go and sort himself at Atalanta.
3. Osimhen aside we have no striker yet.
4. Moses should excuse this team
5. Iwobi is played in 433, he cannot mark, not creative.. he's been with the team for many years and yet he cannot carry the team for head like Gala. It must be Osimhen his junior brothergrin grin
6. Ekong can resign peacefully
7. Eric Chelle didn't err for removing Tolu. He didn't impress maybe.
8. God bless Fredrick cool

Tragic end to the most dramatic of World Cup qualifiers for Nigeria ever.

Sad.

Hardrive:
The previous 3 matches we played with 2 strikers, we got Wonderful results only for us to go back to the tactics that almost eliminated us just to accommodate players that are confused about what to do on the pitch. Very Sad.
Lookman this, Lookman that! When the winning pair was Osimhen and Akor.

We played extra time 2 days ago, they didn't.
The game was played on Wednesday, they had enough time to rest

Did we practise penalties at all? Poor Poor penalties
Are the players not supposed to be professionals? Most of them have been playing professionally for more than 10 years, is it now they are supposed to start learning PK at the SE camp?

This is just the fact. We just did not turn up.
We have been exposed; we don't have the personnel for the kind of playing pattern we want to see

I disagree.

We can't say we tried our best when we were not the better side.
Even though we lost, it wasn't easy dragging it to penalties despite struggling, they did their best

Serious matches you won't turn up. Na for small, small team you dey get strength. Small teams like Benin, Gabon and Rwanda you dey have power.

Most of you thought it was going to be an easy walk in the park.
But the more tactical coach did his work in the midfield.

This is absolutely nonsense, if DRC is outclassing you, then no need to go to the World Cup, when we can start beating teams properly we will go…

This is the obvious fact.
Even if onyedika was brought in, it wouldn’t have changed much.
