Super chickens 2025 set thanks for disappointing me hahahaha. Even the Afcon let them do whatever I don’t care . If only the right people are running Nigeria soccer ⚽️ affairs |

I think this should signal the immediate disbandment of NFF and a larger part of this team, my mind no even dey the AFCON anymore...right now it's ONLY Osimhen I feel the most for, all those efforts to get us to the lifeline wasted by shit, mentally weak, soulless players. And then the daft coach who allowed mostly defenders take crucial spot-kicks, why didn't he sub in Ekong a proven PK taker? It's obvious they even train for PKs at all. Onyedika who has been balling at the Champs league never even got a minute when our midfield was badly struggling. I think my interest in Nigerian football will take a back seat until we miraculously get a good team again, this country much less it's useless mens national team isn't worth a shred of my time. |

9JAMac10:This is the annoying thing. Can't they just be sh*t forever? Why give us hope by playing well, then dashing it when it matters? Honestly this current team should be let go, save few players. They're not really ambitious enough, they're just contended with their mediocre status. Club football can't give this kind of pain man 😢 |

codemaniacs: I have said it before why wait for foreigners to work for us. Can't we train and build ours? When they do well bigger clubs will come for them. |

Goke7:Nigerians hate to hear criticism. I remember people came for his head, and I was thinking to myself, "he's not entirely wrong, you know." The evidence was clear today. Super Eagles do not exist without Osimhen. ...and Frederick too by the way. If it weren't for Frederick, DRC would have given us a taste of our own medicine and let us know the exact way Benin and Gabon felt. |

Meliforme:Nwabali's ball distribution is sound. But he needs to tone down with his risky ball holding decisions under pressure. He needs to scan and distribute the ball faster. |

Our penalty kickers let us down Bassey Simon Ajayi. What were they thinking? |

There’s still hope… If Congo should draw Real Madrid and Zaragoza loses to Accrington Stanley, we might still qualify for the world cup. Let’s just catch cruise hahaha. Lord knows to quell the anger in my soul with jokes. |

Tolu was poor YES.... but subbing him OFF at that point in the game was a wrong decision, Tolu has a very good penalty record in his career, and could've easily been a better option than Bassey, Also of what use was the awaziem substitution when you have your designated penalty taker (EKONG) on the bench.... To be honest chelle got his substitutions all wrong today, this was a game screaming for control and he left Onyedika on the bench all through 120, while we were being dominated I'm so pissed off right now |

Goke7:Truly. See Benjamin. A star. Nobody can deny it. Tolu sha. I really had high expectations of him. Thought he'd burst my theory of not selecting big clumsy attackers but he's failed to prove me wrong. |

Coach gave Congo the ticket.when the middle broke down I thought he will introduce Onyedika or Alhassan ,he brought Tolu and two wingers . Players were tired 😩 he later removed Tolu again lol 😆😂😂😆 . Our coach is just Finidi pro max that is what we can afford |

See ehn... One thing I wont do is not support the Super Eagles even when I dont agree with the selections or the tactical choices. If it works, fine... if it doesn't, all the more reason to listen. I do enough of my research and analytical checks on our players to know who and who we need and why we need them. Iwobi... honestly, I dont know if the halftime mystery event that had Osimhen taken off affected him as well, but today, he kinda justified Idennaa AKA OdenigboAroli's words on him even if he was not played in his best role as seen clubwise. joelsteron: |

QueenJazz:There is no point blaming anybody; we don't have leaders in that team. The only guy who gingers that team is Osihmen, and when he's having an off day, it's finished. Coaches can only work with what they have. Folks like Ekong na still management, even if we went through tonight, what else would we have offered in subsequent matches? At a time during the game, I was asking myself Is this what we will go and play at the Intercontinental Play-offs in Mexico? Thank God we were not disgraced, and we still managed to bow out honourably via penalty shootout instead of a straight loss. See how DRC was putting in their leg for every ball that led to even two cancelled goals, only Osihmen plays like that for us. The other folks we parade as attackers are a complete joke, as the disparity btw them and our top man is too wide. We don't have enough quality, and there is a limit to which Osihmen as a striker can continue to carry us if we like to change coaches again with the same players, nothing much will change. |

hatakekakashi:When the midfield set up is wrong the players can't force a good performance. It is just sad our football is run in secret, if not I would have loved to see Eric Chelle's report on this playoff and see his proposed solution. That will give us a chance to know if we should be optimistic with him. |

minfelix:More like French style. Strong defense, fast attack with quick ball movement in the midfield and long passes into attack. Tactic that France uses against European Heavyweights. |

TheGoodJoe:Whether bigger clubs come for them or not does not matter. Just invite them. Look at Fredericks, he is not playing for a top club but because Aina is injured and Aina's backup was playing rubbish then he got his chance. |

QueenJazz:Penalty shootout is akin to a game of lottery. Chelle is not to be blamed in anyway. He used what he had at his disposal. If you ask me: Winning AFCON 2025 should not be our focus, rather 1) Restructuring our league with respect to our clubsides having U22, U19 and U16 Teams 2) Selecting more home grown players rather than European rejects 3) Organizing friendly matches for our Home based Super Eagles |

They dont get it. When we insist on 433, we also emphasize personnel tactical balance. In a midfield 2, play your Ndidi and Iwobi. Or pair Onyeka and Iwobi. But in a midfield 3, be careful, you must absolutely have a genuine 1st phase ball receiver and 2nd phase ball distributor. Onyeka and Ndidi are not such. Personnel selection is so important. Not just picking 3 midfielders coz they are available and throwing them in together hoping for magic. If there is no balance technically and tactically, it wont hold eventually. TheGoodJoe: |
