Now without power, where will Ortom decamp to? He lost popularity in Benue state and was roundly defeated at the last elections. Rather than face and fix his political base in Benue state, he chose to do boy boy work for Wike.

With no voice, it was very simple to get him out. Even Wike, we were told, did not venture out of his vehicle!

The 2027 elections.

It is obvious the Wike led faction of the PDP's end game is not to present any candidate to stand against the incumbent at the polls, simple. But others don't share in that sentiment, that private arrangement between Wike and his benefactor and want a contest.

So all the rumpus, the side slips, the rancour is to batter the party into such a position it cannot stand.
