Your KANU had one time approached another Federal High Court seeking the transfer of his case to a Federal High Court in the SE.

The motion was thrown away and he was told to face the ongoing case before Justice Binta Nyako.

That is when he accused her of being biased and demanded she rescued herself from the case which was then handed to Justice Omotosho.

Now why did KANU request his case be moved to any Federal High Court in the SE?

Because he wanted to intimidate any judge within that zone by having his followers storm the court premises and there were high possibility his ESN gang would have forced his release.
