I have hands on experience on crop production and processing. I will invest on three crops: Palm oil, maize and Cassava. You're talking nonsense, there's nothing wrong with investing proceeds from sale of family land in a business.

The reason why the business is most likely because he did not have a proper understanding of the business which he would have acquired through an apprenticeship of at least 18months

The experience you have is probably as a farm hand, if you had a more qualitative experience in managing a farm you would know there is no way an investment of just #5million in a farm will give you an annual return of #30 million!

To start with, l am not a farm hand, l am a holder of a Master's Degree with over ten years experience in managing agriculture investments. So l know what l am saying. I have both qualitative and quantitative experience. #5Million will give me such a cash flow over time.

na which kind money person go put for business. I beg to defer, in as much as a money is made legally, it can be put into business. The mistake he made might be because he did not study the kind of business that will move in his area. Also, one million is too small to start any feabile phone accessory business

i agree with u jor. U see this thing callled agriculture, if u listen to motivational speaker you will run into debt. I have been involved in agric business. Is it profitable, yes. However, you cant make that much just as e claimed. If you listen to people who make it big in agric business and ready to tell you the truth, it is never as rossy as they claim

ahahahahaha easily said than done oooo.First it is not as easy as u claim. It seems agric business never do u strong thing before. The cost of labour, prize of goods, chemical and pest never show u shegge ... I don farm beans and expecting nothing less than 20 bags i knw wetin happen at the end. I don farm one bag of ground nut and i got shegge at the end of the day. I don farm beeni seed in a large scale. I almost ventured into coacoa, palm oil and plantain farming last two years. I doubt if u ave gone deeply into agriculture, u wont be this certain
