I have wondered why God being preach to us as a our father can't just say let there be no more sorrow on earth. Even when people cry to their Government, they tend to listen and do something. Why is God not doing something about the sorrow and pain on earth. Why do we have to go heaven before we can enjoy? Is God really ruling this world? Why does he allow the devil to have his way? Will God leave human to burn? Why are we here on earth? What's our purpose? I don't seem to fathom answers to this questions.

Clearly there is God, but how does sperm and egg enter into this especially as everyone is happy with their baby?

Because He has prepared a much better place where there will be no more pain or sorrow. He will wipe away every tear from our eyes. No more sickness or death. Every wickedness will disappear like they were never there.
That place, unlike this world where you probably spend 70-80 years, is a place you will be forever!

But yes, He sends comfort even in this world, through His Spirit who helps you to navigate life to avoid pain as much as possible. Even if you did encounter pain, the Spirit will help you heal faster/better.

The sorrows on earth reminds us that we are living in a broken world. However, God gives new life to those who turn to Jesus christ for the forgiveness of sin and eternal life.
