Very good advice this has always been my position i can never allow my kids to serve in the north no matter what it will later cost them it's just not worth it i have problems with my junior brother recently who insisted on going to serve in yobe state the epic centre of bokoharam activities.

The hypocritical national integration is a mirage...the issue is religion, religion has divided us, our aspirations, ambitions, convictions are different. The south believe in development, progress, innovation, while the north believe in religion only, and most have a radical view of it, with a lot of radical imams, who are doing it for their own selfish aims and desires, it is perilous. States should handle orientation for its indigenes, people should serve in their state, or scrap NYSC.

This is a pure insult to the North. Just advise them to seek for redeployment to their state, Even some southern and Eastern states are not safe.

NYSC is part of the things that should be scrapped jarè! It's still about the South servicing the North.

I can't forget how God saved me from death on the way to Abuja for NYSC in one of the K-states years ago. First, from the ambush by bandits who "captured" my luxury bus, and one on one encounter with one of the bandits because I raised my head when I heard voices thinking highway patrol teams had come to our rescue then.

The government of BAT has broken all records of hopelessness in the fight against insecurity, how on earth are schools closed because of non state actors, we thought Buhari was just romancing with his backers for president, as for BAT, I can't imagine his reasons for allowing these terrorists to hold Nigerians to ransom
