I recently bought a Samsung S23 ultra but it is the china variant. It has the custom china ROM CSC on it..... Google doesn't work and many other things.

Someone said I can use Odin software to change it to that of Hong Kong as that country supports everything.

Yes, I used to on a Samsung S10 that was based solely on Verizon. Phone was having issue activating Nigerian networks. Kept asking for Verizon..
Changed it to XAA (U.S unlocked) and it started working perfectly. Even the Verizon logo that always boots up disappeared and Nigerian sims started working without issues

It's the normal Samsung phone o but its the china variant. I checked the system information to know. It doesn't support Google apps as china has ban them. The phone works normally as it's original and all.
