You must be a mentusaleh with selective memory loss as it was easy for you to recollect that Awo served in Gowon's govt as 2nd in command however, you forgot that the man resigned from that position, soon after the war, in 1971.

Is Nigeria STILL not a mere geographical expression, 70 years after the fact? The unity that formed the bedrock of this country is STILL a mirage, 7 decades later.

Yeah, Awo was robbed in the 1979 presidential election but, by whom? Interestingly enough, when put into context, it was less than a decade since the end of what, some will like to call, an uncivil war.
The same group took the VP role to rob the late sage of his mandate.
