We take things for granted too much , when he started feeling dizzy he should have asked for his tablets or rolls them to hat he wanted to go ns take it in his hotel . He even went clubbing , most likely took some alcohol. Damm

He complained about weakness yet they dragged him to club. Imagine!

Why did he go clubbing when he knew himself that he's not physically fit?

If he actually took care if his health, he would still be alive.

The pharmacist actually is to be blamed. How can he start medication on someone he does not know their medical history or done a comprehensive assessment on. Not all medication is appropriate for every individual patient. Also, certain conditions need close monitoring when medication is prescribed. You don’t just give medication and let the patient go like that.

Lets not blame the pharmacist.... The guy was dumb .. just after 2 days you started walking around to point of going to club
