![]() My own is that I'm waiting patiently for the COAS to come and force me to come and enlist into the Nigerian army. .... whether na him give me life,na then we go know ![]() I know some people may say I'm unpatriotic but the truth is that whenever I see young men currently enlisting into the Nigerian army,I feel pity for them . Imagine using your own hands to sign your own death warrant all because of hunger and poverty ![]() |

Sonnobax15:This was Exactly Tinubu's plan for unemployed youths during his presidential campaign. He said and I quote:: “I will Recruit 50 million youths into the army… What they will eat? Cassava, agbado, ewa, corn in the morning and Yam in the evening” Agbadorians were clapping. I swear,, if I’m the COAS I will pack all those agbadorians into the military by fire by force 😂😂 |

Or Sokoto government faults non inclusion of indegenous bandits and terrorists. This is Tinubu’s government, not Goodluck Jonathan that you scared and harassed regularly, Tinubu will do whatever he things is right, and you can do nothing. He can include Adewale Osunbola or Chukudi Chinese as Sokoto candidate, if you no like am, do your worst |

Federal character and equitable state representation are constitutional principles, and it is crucial that the slots allocated to Sokoto State are genuinely filled by its qualified indigenes. This is a national security agency recruitment, and its foundation must be built on honesty and integrity. I urge the Nigerian Army and all relevant state authorities to work together to ensure that merit is upheld and fair representation is guaranteed. |

How did those persons get their certificate of origin to register for the service in the first place. They should be fished out and punished appropriately for falsification almarthins:Clap for yourself, so the quota for Sokoto state should be given to persons who are not indigenes of Sokoto. Do you that this automatically means that that state has lost 3 persons in the rank of a general in 30 years time. |

Sonnobax15:Lol, Nigerians and funny thoughts. You salute other countries military, and you want them to die for the crime committed by Nigerians against Nigerians, you wan them to come and risk their lives for you to live a peaceful life, that’s the highest joke. You refuse to give the respect the army deserves to them, even if they went there because of poverty, they are far better than those that went into banditry, ritual killings, and hookups because of the same poverty. If in this country, we refuse to understand the religions that guide human which army is one of them, then we are still going to keep facing this insecurity issues.. Another man shouldn’t die for my troubles, they are not Jesus. |

When large number of northern youths are either in bokoharam service ,Iswap and banditry...it's only safer to include names that doesn't allian with Islam before they mistakenly recruit terrorists into Nigeria Army as alleged in the past |

Sonnobax15:I totally understand your points and i'v3 shared that same views in the past but let's look at it from another angle. This is an opportunity for Southerners to take charge of tomorrow's Nigeria after years of Fulani dominance in the army. Because whether we like it or not, the people who are joining now will be the ones wearing stars on their shoulders in 20–40 years. If Southerners, Christians, minorities, and generally more conscious young people keep avoiding the military, then the same old dominance and imbalance will continue. But if more Southerners with sense, integrity, and genuine love for the country enter the system now, they can rise through the ranks and help balance power at the top, challenge ethnic bias from within, Influence how soldiers are trained, deployed, and how civilians are treated, And play a role in reshaping the security architecture of Nigeria. So while it’s understandable to be afraid or angry about the current situation, this period can also be seen as a strategic chance for Southerners to position themselves for real influence in the future Nigeria instead of leaving that space completely for the children of Buhari, Ahmed Gumi, Buratai etc to continue the legacy of their fathers which is sorrow, tears and blood. |
