Who named them bandits in them 1st instance. Jihadist? Which religions war are they fighting? People that are killing and kidnapping Christians and Muslims. Terror is an atmosphere of fear. Whoever invades a community, a house, roadside shooting gun scaring people, killing people, kidnapping people, holding people against their will is a terrorist.
Which special law does the government need to tackle them? If someone steals 1 cube of Maggi today, police will him with 20 counts from penal count, and you say there is no charge in the existing penal code to charge armed robbers and people that kill and kidnap people?
Army is established to protect the country from external aggression and internal insurrection. What new law do they need to go after armed robbers that are terrorising the people, killing citizens and kidnapping them?
