He is just foot dragging and doesn't want to be seen as fighting the north. What is the meaning of security emergency when you cannot give action plan, target and timelines to the military what you expected of them tell them consequences of failure to meet performance indices.

The South West has not declared the pact it has with the north.

In Nigeria, the South West was prepared to let the country burn and allow evil foster as long as after the North rules, power rotates to them.

No matter who you are, i suggest you should be careful with what you are saying unless you have the evidence. Nobody will come to your aid not even people on Nairaland when you are picked up by the authorities to prove your allegations. I'm sure you are part of the people commending Paul Okoye for arresting a lady yesterday for false accusations and defamation.
If you accuse a sitting president of state terrorism you must be prepared to prove it. No one can hide under opposition to make such statements. That's why people like Atiku and Obi will never open their mouth to accuse the president of deliberately sponsoring terrorists.
