Na so. After two nations cup matches, mouth go change.
If they can do a miracle and actually start performing consistently in GWG, then I'll gladly sing their praises every week for their club side. But for now, they're useless to me and should go to blazes.

Pleased hold NFF
The players are the least of our issues, if our NFF was working, trust me the players would be forced to give their best, all this talk of blaming players, yes the players truly except a few are not giving their best but their is underlying cause that gives them laxity.

You can’t be owing them, you can not give them good training facilities, good travel logistics, good medical care incase of injuries in the national team, Infact there should a good insurance cover for national teams for injuries while playing for the national team, good reward systems, if we had a working system trust me this players will not have the audacity to play badly or be so poor.

You guys seem not up understand what a working system gives, just like Nigeria, we want to do things half hazardously and expect the best, that it worked before was just luck, we need to work on our system, our structure not Just ephemeral glory.
Do you know Saka, Eze , Alaba, Olise, tomori and the whole lot top class talent could be playing for us if we have a good structure, now tell me with top talent coming to play for us if we had a good structure, will Iwobi, Chukwueze and the rest be performing mediocre of they had to fight for shirts, if we had academies, good leagues, we will have talented and also well groomed intelligent players coming from the ranks to take over from any under performer, where Moses for see shirt if saka was playing for us.

Again we are suffering because of a terrible structure, blame players all you want, the players will get fed up, question their patriotism all you want, but see it’s all on NFF, and if we really want to move forward we must leave blaming players and focus on NFF, leave all the journalists that are still myopic in thinking.

Lol e be like say false hopes no dey ever tire una, we've been through this path already one time too many with this same players when they seem to "discover" form at their respective clubs few weeks to a major tournament or qualifier, get our hopes high and dandy and then disappoint again when it comes to tournaments...and then we all shrink back to reality check and blame this and that for our football misfortunes. I'm just done with this generation of players, they have flattered to deceive so many times that I'm tired of getting scammed. Left for me, I'll rather we try again with a new core of players led by Osimhen, Benjamin Fredrick and Bassey and maybe Aina, it's better to expect less with new players and not get disappointed, at least new players will give us something different and refreshing.

The only reason I'll even watch us at this AFCON is to see if we can discover new exciting prospects from the core of new players who will be making their debuts.

🚨 Bafana Bafana of South Africa head coach Hugo Broos has dropped Nigerian-born defender Ime Okon from his final squad for 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

🥗 Okon was initially named in South Africa’s 55-man provisional list by Broos two weeks ago.

🇩🇪 The Hannover of Germany star however failed to make the final 25-man squad released by the Belgian tactician on Monday.

Nigeria's chances of making it out of the group stage in the forthcoming Nations cup is very slim. They are either going to draw or lose to Tunisia & Uganda and probably draw against Tanzania. Tunisia & Uganda have strong h2h against Nigeria & they are still a very good sides. The two being whom they are, the eagles will struggle big time.

Eric Chelle must be bold enough to drop old, tired, and unproductive players from the final 27-man list.
