Yes just like they want to move some port operation to warri and lagos governor has kicked against. They have policies that some goods can only come through lagos. The money the federal government is allocating to the ports in lagos and airport is not same for other states to build the infrastructure thr.How many ports has federal government supported in building in lagos.
