My husband owes the water company for several months and it bothers me
As a patriot, I know this is not right.

Often, staff from the company come to our house to disconnect us but once they go to the meter, the change their mind and I don't know why?

Am I fair and right to report my husband to the police?

This is why men should never marry liabilities, you could imagine an adult who is supposed to assist her husband if he is having issues with bills but coming hear to lament as if she is not the reason why there is water bill in the first place.
