GenFunction:What you are telling me is that there exists some phantom standard which you refer to as values and distinction and those who do not adhere to this phantom standard you hold to are not necessarily criminals or guilty of any crimes against their fellow man. Of what use or need is this standard to anyone, including myself, since I refuse to even pretend I have any idea what you are even going on and on about? ![]() This is sort of like listening to dem religious f0rkjobs try to tell me "god said this, god said that.." knowing fully well I don't subscribe/smoke or partake of their particular delusions. Come on,meen! You know you shouldn't go around trying to impose these ideas on everyone out there. ![]() |

Raising children can be challenging, regardless of their gender. Both boys and girls have unique needs and personalities that require different approaches. Some parents might find it more challenging to raise boys due to societal expectations and traditional masculinity norms, while others might struggle with girls due to body image issues, self-esteem, and societal pressures. In Nigeria, cultural and societal expectations can also play a role in shaping parenting styles and challenges. For instance, boys are often encouraged to be strong and independent, while girls are often socialized to be nurturing and submissive. Ultimately, every child is different, and what works for one may not work for another. What's your experience or concern about raising kids? |

QuinQ:Graduating with masters isn't a big deal but what we are talking about is Manly characters You don't give what you don't have Single women can't raise strong men! That's the fact Don't mistake education for character or social qualifications of a man! Having gbola doesn't make a man! That's why we see lots of effeminate men looking for women that would take care of them ! |

OdogwuAnambra:1. What are manly characters? 2. There are literally 100s of millions of strong men out there — you probably worship some of them too— who were raised by single mothers. Why do you keep arguing against the literal reality of things? ![]() 3. Are bandits, yahooyahoos, agberos, and so on among these effeminate men? ![]() |

Kobojunkie:Don't you know that some of these pastor abandoned the right thing to do by putting prayers first? They barely have time for their kids aside church. |
| Re: Which Is Harder To Raise, A Boy Child Or A Girl Child? by Kobojunkie: 5:31am On Dec 02, 2025*. Modified: 6:30am On Dec 02, 2025 |
Hezzyluv:The vast majority of your pastors abandoned the right thing to do, and that explains why almost all of them have at least one child they continuously have to hide from their congregation. Na so? 🥱🥱🥱2. So, your earlier advice was not for real, since here you admit that even with all of their prayers, the reason why most pastors have at least one child that is the black sheep is that pastors don't really have time for their children. Basically, time spent with the children, not prayers, is what really pays dividends. ![]() |

OdogwuAnambra:They graduated from HARVARD! Here's what u wrote: Reality is: Women were not created to raise CHILDREN by themselves Now you are saying it's only boys they can't raise. Well, Obama was raised by a single mother. So were a whole bunch of Black American leaders Mind u these are people at the very top. People worth billions of $. How much are u worth? |

Originalsly:Why do we have men?? When you leave your sheep in the wild and it gets eaten by a wolf, Who do you blame? When you get scammed, who do you call out, the scammer or the scammed?? |
| Re: Which Is Harder To Raise, A Boy Child Or A Girl Child? by Nobody: 6:52am On Dec 02, 2025 |
We4all:The core problem remains the same, but the solution is not acceptance of female vulnerability. We must provide adequate, intensive education and training to the girl child so we can raise better women who understand the risks. We accept that there will always be irresponsible men; our inherent testosterone boost and lesser social risk exposure mean some men will always 'explore' reckless behavior, as evidenced by the fact that rape still occurred even in the days of our ancestors who valued virginity. Since male aggression is often inevitable, the focus must shift entirely to teaching women the dangers so they won’t fall into the hands of wolves. To simplify the entire equation: if your sheep gets eaten by a wolf, who is truly to blame—the wolf, the sheep, or you, the shepherd who failed to adequately protect and train the vulnerable party? |

There’s no manual for parenting. Try your best to teach your kids what life is all about. Love, discipline, smartness and ability to interact with their social. |

SpencerForbes:. You're making my point ... this is not about if the male or female is responsible for girl child going wayward. Even so ...either child can go wayward... but that's a different topic. Going into that will derail the thread. |

It is the girl child that is harder to raise. When the boobs and buttocks start to come out properly, your girl is open to sexual abuse and being lured to use her body to get advantages and what she wants. There is a girl I used to teach and actually became someone she and her family looks up to. She is in JSS 3 now. I did not see her for almost a year but when she came to my place recently, I noticed her body is changing rapidly. Her breasts, hips , buttocks etc. I have started limiting her coming to my place. I don't want wahala. Cheers. |
