The Somali people are in the news - well when you travel to another country, do yourself a favor by spreading out - don't go live in a place just because your country people are living there - spreading out is beneficial. For me, I will not go live in a place just because Africans or Naija people are there - that's just me. Hope the Somalians find things well. Can't be running from frying pan into another frying pan. On further research I'm now of the opinion that ex Honduran president JOH was setup He extradited many drug kingpins to America. Who in turn were the prosecution witnesses in his trial. Death merchants. No proof provided,he says he was denied any exculpatory evidence. When JOH term expired and Zelaya's wife got sworn in ,within 3 months he was in a US jail Zelaya, the husband had been overthrown by a military coup in 2009 for attempting to change the presidential term limit of two terms. Honduras. American democrat leaning NGOs have been teaching them how to conduct elections democratically as they did in Ukraine , Georgia , Egypt Romania etc . After protests in 2017 which JOH won the 2021 November election had a new player. Smartmatic voter authentication. Joe Biden was the president then. Zelaya's wife won 51% of the vote in 2021. This year she has less than 24% of the vote. What changed? Trump sent a non partisan delegation including intelligence agents to observe the elections , that's my opinion. Trump has an interest in taking down the Cartel of the Suns leader, Maduro and is pitting Latin and South America countries against him. This also stretches Putin resources helping impoverished Venezuela defences at this time. |

The laws of a country extend 12 miles out from its shores. All vessels within that limit are subject to that country’s jurisdiction. Beyond that limit all vessels must fly the flag under whose jurisdiction they are sailing. Someone committing a crime in international waters is subject to the laws of the country under whose flag he is sailing. In addition, that country is responsible for the actions of a vessel flying its flag. These boats are not flying Venezuela’s flag, and thus Venezuela is not legally responsible for them. They’re not flying *any* flag — so no country is responsible for their actions, but they don’t receive the protections of any country either. They are stateless vessels and, under the law, essentially pirates. Vessels in international waters are required to monitor specific radio frequencies and to respond to the hailing of any coast guard or navy. A stateless vessel which fails to do so can be considered a pirate vessel and dealt with accordingly. Much like a soldier out of uniform picking up a gun on a battlefield and fighting, pirates are not subject to the Geneva Conventions. The laws of piracy, not warfare, apply. Former Chief Judge Beryl Howell has stopped unwarranted arrests of illegals in DC. She created a Unassisted Escape Risk Class, who should be not be arrested without a warrant or probable cause of a flight risk, Judge Boasberg replaced her as DC judge . As Chief judge in 2021 she made rulings that saw many J6 protesters treated as dangerous criminals who needed to be detained pre trial. Anyone who entered the Capitol was treated as a destructive person "members of a mob who breached barriers and pushed back officers to disrupt the joint session of Congress are not trespassers, they are criminals". She reversed multiple rulings where protesters had been bailed out under misdemeanor charges. Some remained in jail for years. |

A 22 point Republican district to a 6 point win with a flood of Republican money and Trump attention means that any Republican in a 10 point Republican district is surely in trouble in the Midterms. Especially since Republicans won't have infinite money to shore up every race and won't be able to give every house seat the same attention. This is hair on fire bad for Republicans.
