The guy story no straight.

They crossed deep river only to remember that bike can't cross river and he quickly insert 2 sets of kidnappers that include people on bike who distract

He could be a kidnapped victim that was forced to make such statements.

Most of the Fulanis can speak the local dialect of these villagers

Terrorists and kidnappers can't thrive without the support of their families and communities.

Nigeria is just a mess!

There are hausas from Kano that understand Yoruba, and Yoruba is not the language spoken in Kabba. You dont make any sense and may be one of the kidnappers as far as I am concerned

So, because he is from Benue, he cannot understand other dialects again? What if he was born in the west or has yoruba neighbors? The way some of you reason can be appalling.

Hmmm ... hat he said explains a lot to me. How else can soo many people be kidnapped at once ...and nobody can trace them? ... no villager ... farmer or hunter ever saying they saw a group of people moving through the forests? ... and where would they be keeping all these people? It seems like histag s are kept in far away villages or camps. Maybe instead of just looking for camps in the forests the military should also be raiding villages and check for hostages. Then I now wonder if the attacks on some villages happen because a some people in the operation did not receive their full share. This guy story can help a lot in reducing this crime.

Come on. With all he went through, do you expect a Stephen Spielberg narration from him? That guy is psychologically wrecked and needs help, not criticism.

When you see how extensive the Kidnapping crisis is you begin to understand why and how it was that such a huge number of slaves were taken from this part of Africa

How are you sure he went through all you think.

Why are Southerns don't have deep thoughts, seems the north they tagged illiterate are more wiser

Look like another divide and rule so that eyes will now shift away from the real Fulani terrorist to the villagers.

His story is not real

A jihadist is a jihadist regardless of whether they are fulani or from the middle belt

NOETHNICITY:
Of course, this would also have been blamed on the Fulani if not for this very revelation

No guerrilla warfare succeeds without the active support of a host community. Same for bandits and kidnappers

There was a post sometime that o wrote that family members will know who a kidnapper is amongst them, but they won’t want to expose him.

Something needs to be done urgently!

Maybe 5million or so bounty should be placed on any reported Kidnapper
Let whistleblowers start being rich, rather than enriching the kidnappers through ransom

The Fulanis are not absolved in this particular one. They speak the language of their host so you can't say really. They most probably will be complicit. I'm from Kogi State, I know what I'm saying.

Look like another divide and rule so that eyes will now shift away from the real Fulani terrorist to the villagers.

Shift, everybody knows Fulanis have been terrorising the north, but other criminals are capitalising on that to commit crimes so the society can tag the perpetrators as 'Fulani bandits'.

His story is not real

So, tell us the real version.

Don't mind them; my Hausa neighbours, the dad, mum and their six children all speak Yoruba fluently, their mum will even add proverbs if she's talking. I have another neighbour, he's from Kogi, the part that shares the border with Enugu. He speaks Hausa fluently because he schooled in the North. He speaks Ibo fluently because his village is close to the Eastern part of the country, he speaks Yoruba fluently because he's worked in Lagos all his working life, so what are they telling me?

I had 3 Ibo friends that we all shared a room in the university (Southwest) They all speak Yoruba fluently. We lived peacefully for 3 out of the 4 years. I'd started to pick a few Ibo lines here and there before we went our separate ways. I still consider them as sisters till tomorrow. They took care of me (I was the youngest)

The cultural diversity and the interminglings is one of the sheer beauties of Nigeria. But if our living together isn't working anymore, let each one go to his tent, abeg.

No wonder some northern women will come online defending terrorists, they are their wives. Southern Nigeria should confront this monster, this kidnapping is a way to channel our wealth.

No normal human being will stay around terrorists jihadists kidnappers unless you are with them. The Airforce should not hesitate to bomb their locations, those people around them are accessories to crime.
Thank you so much, I have Seen someone who reasons like me.
The Northerners see the terrorists kidnappers as their own army, that's the reason they names them bandits so that people will just see them as ordinary thieves.
After watching one of their many videos I realized these guys are actually the soldiers of the North.
They are just using them to impoverish Southerners.

There are stories you hear from the human community and you will instantly dismiss them as untrue. But they happen.

This is how Nigerians rush into anything that is lucrative. Soon, every fhool will be into kidnapping.
Public executions via a well constituted firing squad will curb their criminal appetite!

Kabba to Obajana is same axis with a road connecting both. Up to 45 minutes drive. The people of Obajana(Oworo) also speak a similar offshoot of Yoruba like the Kabbas(Owe). In Nigeria anything can happen. I would not dismiss the "arrangee" you mentioned. At the same time, it is also possible there is a collussion between the native and the Fulanis. Before I forget, remember that the Fulanis also speak fluently the language of their host. A cousin in the village once told me the Fulanis can even speak in proverbs in the language of the Okuns due to long cohabitation.

I swear .na why I no dey post for my WhatsApp again the serious things concerning the country because some people are on lowkey part of them and even interacting with people to get information.i was surprise the day they caught a driver and was said to be the one helping the kidnappers to transport victims.
We need systemic reset in Nigeria.

No aerial bombings. You don't want to kill victims. Send in ground troops with close air support.
Not wanting to sound callous but when bandits realized everyone will be wiped out, they must change as they wish to enjoy their loot.

Always negotiating and releasing them from jail, instead of trying to secure the good people and rehabilitate almajiris and the victims of these terrorists jihadists kidnappers and bandits, they are rehabilitating bandits and terrorists who have killed, displaced thousands and abused thousands of girls.
