It will be a serious warfare between PDP and APC. The point is that the voting populace are more PDP than APC and from previous elections, the winner depends on who controls THE STREET.

The question is does Fubara have what it takes to control the street like past governors. For me I doubt.

This is a political strategy being played by at Minister Wike,he will have his men in APC,15 members while the remaining 10 in PDP he will use them to claim he is still in PDP,he is testing the waters,PDPAPC, just like local government elections,APC won but three were given to PDP,it is all game of if at last PDP doesn't work,he ports to APC,but if courts award him the control of PDP,he uses PDP to as a launchpad to political control.
