This SCOTUS has never taken up a case challenging precedent that they didn't end up overturning. They should have ignored this case and enforced the lower court ruling but believe me when I tell you that they are considering siding with that Orange. Infact they will. The question being brought before the Court has no basis, wanting to entertain this by having over 4 votes in favor of hearing this case is absolutely wild.

An old acquaintance of mine married into the family of one these republican loud mouths on here (not saying which one but he knows himself). He himself has been in the US a while and I’m sure he’s a citizen. Any kids he has are definitely citizens as well. But my girlie? She’s new to the US and under this new system they’re seeking, any kids she has won’t have American citizenship. Thereby subjecting them to the torture and harassment they’ve been giving non-citizens in recent times. I hope she can look at her BIL in the face and tell him what she thinks of him and his political views.
