A man has cried out after strangers suddenly invaded his house, claiming his wife collected a bank loan using his property as collateral — without informing him. According to the man, the bank has now come to take over the house, and the video shows his belongings already being thrown outside as he records the incident.

He questioned how his wife could use his documents to secure a loan behind his back, only for the bank to arrive and eject him from his own home.

In the video, the man vowed to visit his wife’s workplace and make sure everyone hears what she has done, saying she has disgraced him publicly. He also hinted that the entire arrangement may have been planned to push him out of the house.

If the wife does not have the requisite authority or powers to use the title documents, the bank's action would fail and man would regain his house.
The mere fact that the wife provided the documents does not mean she has the powers or authority to do so, and relying on that such documents would be null and void.

They actually don't as a guarantor. It is believed that to provide all the required documents and information without the guarantor's consent it is impossible.
