Olorogun Godwin Obire, PhD, Congratulates Olorogun Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, on Excellence in Aviation Sector Reforms Award

Olorogun Godwin Obire, PhD an environmentalist, educationist, accountant, seasoned politician, and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress has congratulated the Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Olorogun Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, on his well deserved recognition at the Nigeria Excellence Awards in Public Service (NEAPS), where he received the Excellence in Aviation Sector Reforms 2025 Award.

The prestigious award, presented yesterday at the Presidential Villa Banquet Hall on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, celebrates the Minister’s visionary leadership, dedication to public service, and impactful reforms that have transformed Nigeria’s aviation sector.

In a statement issued in Asaba by his Special Assistant on Media and Publications, Olorogun Godwin Obire, PhD, also extended warm congratulations to the Minister on the successful hosting of the first ever Nigeria International Airshow and the historic celebration of 100 years of aviation in Nigeria. He noted that these major achievements not only place Nigeria on the global aviation map but also reflect the Minister’s strategic foresight and dynamic leadership.

According to Olorogun Godwin Obire, PhD, “This honour, along with the successful Nigeria International Airshow and the centennial celebration of our aviation sector, is proof of Olorogun Festus Keyamo’s dedication to national development. His bold reforms and innovative ideas are positively shaping the aviation and aerospace ecosystem.”

Olorogun Godwin Obire once again congratulated the Minister, describing the award and recent achievements as “well-deserved milestones that show exemplary public service and a clear vision for the future of Nigeria’s aviation sector.”
