How did you arrive at this your ranking?
You can showcase what you are doing which is commendable but don't overreach yourself by ascribing expertise in determining the level of development of a state, which you clearly do not have.

Truth pained you. Anambra is by far more developed than Imo, Enugu, Abia and Ebonyi. Anambra has more cities than any other Igbo state; from Onitsha to Awka, Nnewi and now Ekwuluobia. Anambra is the leader of Igboland

Mediocrity at its peak. I was expecting to see something mind blowing, rather I saw light on a flyover bridge. The writer could as well taken pictures of electric bulb lights in homes to show us. Apparently the writer hasn't visited other states. He is a local champion.
