Good evening everyone so I took a bolt ride back from the office and the charge was N4,500

Now the driver told me his opay account number but he made ai mistake in one number

Seems he was a bit absent minded and said 08030923712 instead of 08060923712, and I said Peter right he said hmmm,he was on his phone and I sent the amount. Next thing he quickly screamed his name isn't Peter oh, by then it was too late in a second I had sent it. So I quickly initiated a wrong transfer issue and on opay explaining the error and he took a less amount of 3,700 for his error .
Now the thief who owns the 08030923712 has refused the refund the money and the useless opay app said he rejected the refund and claimed business transactions. I called the thief and he was even boasting that nothing will happen.
This opay app is so useless on cases like this. It's not the amount that paining me it's the audacity of this thief .

Now opay is saying there is nothing they can do. Agent make una epp me make this useless criminals life miserable.
If I will lose the money let the thief loose his peace 😄😄😃😃

I had similar experience,reached out to the person and he claimed he didn’t receive the money,I just left him and complained to opay support with evidence,they placed a lien on that particular transaction meaning he can’t use it until their investigation is done,opay reached out to him but I don’t know his response,so opay asked me to get a court order and also fill some forms which I won’t mention here…i did as requested and money was reversed,took about a month of so.

See just tag hid account as scammer and report it
Anytime anyone wants to send to that number

Mr bolt driver is lucky because I personally won't initiate another payment till I retrieve the one his "mistake" made me pay earlier, unless you are lying that he said yes! Why would I pay for his mistake?

In the comment or note section...just write scammer account.thief...ole..if up to 10ppl do it.lets say 10 diff ppl send 10 naira or 50 naira to his accunt and tag it scammer...thief.ole in the note or remarks.it wil rester on opay,or 10 diff ppl report the account as fraud after sending 10 naira or 50 naira.it will registeronthe system as scamer/fraud account.so whe anyone tries to send it,before it goes,opay will bring out a note,sayingths account has been reported as fraud,are u sure u still want to proceed,bla bla bla
