They put a U.S. citizen in a chokehold just because of how he looked.

It’s happening here in Minnesota - now.

This week in Cedar-Riverside, federal immigration officers chased down a U.S. citizen, tackled him, put him in a chokehold, and dragged him through the snow.

Mubashir told them repeatedly he was a citizen. ICE agents wouldn’t listen.

Instead, they handcuffed him, threw him in a car, drove him to ICE offices, and took his fingerprints. Only then, hours later, did they look at his I.D. and release him. No apology - they just told him to “walk home” 6 miles in the blustery cold.

This is a U.S. citizen - born here, who lived in Minnesota his whole life.
