Agree with elyte89. These people have not shown that the incorrect personnel is their issue. Even with the correct squad, these goats could not even qualify to the world cup. They could not even top a group where a team was deducted 3 points. Let these ones come and play their own lets see |

Eric Chelle will be axed after the AFCON. He won't make it to the semi-finals of the tournament. |

Lol super eagles still dey give some of una sleepless nights? My feelings for them died the day they were clobbered by the DRC. Lol I didn't even know there will be an AFCON this month. I pray they get kicked out in the group stage, to save Osimhen the unnecessary stress. I'm glad Maduka isn't going to the AFCON. I never wanted him to go after being away for weeks for a ban. He needs to be with his club and help them survive. If I had my way, I would use home based players for this AFCON. Yea, that's how inconsequential this year's AFCON is to me. The trophy belongs to either Senegal, Morocco or CIV. DRC and SA can try their kicks too. |

Let's rally behind our team irrespective of heart breaks and team selection. Tears of sorrow today will be tears of joy tomorrow. |

I'm just watching the AFCON for the vibes at this point. If they win or not, I do not care. Nothing they can do in this AFCON will erase the fact that they bottled another World Cup qualifiers, especially one hosted in the freaking USA and when the teams and slots have been expanded. That loss to DRC seriously numbed me to this AFCON. I have no expectations from this squad. For the sake of their reputation, they should at least win the AFCON. But for me personally, they'll need to win at least two AFCONs and qualify for the next World Cup before I start to believe in this team again. |

Typical Nigerian call up lists since as far back as I can remember (circa 2015) Goalkeeping/defense: strong Midfield: weak Attack: strong Goalkeeping/defense: weak Midfield: strong Attack: strong Goalkeeping/defense: strong Midfield: strong Attack: weak For the past ten years, I don't think I've seen a list where all three areas were solid and had depth at the same time. |

semid4lyfe:Nah I disagree. It won't happen. So he should leave his first choice position in the Serie A and sit on the bench throughout AFCON. Maduka is good enough to be exchanging gametime with Nwabali. Someone that can even make Germany's squad list at this point. So asking for gametime is not out of place. Chelle is a shtty coach anyways so he won't be there for long. The kind of coach that will substitute a player in and substitute them out. |

Main reason for Okoye's omission Okoye made it very clear that if he won’t be the starting goalkeeper at the AFCON, he won’t come for the tournament,” the source told SCORENigeria |

charlesemeka85:Na that boy way score that fancy goal against Atletico that year Make una de calm down abeg. Nothing do the list. Akinsanmiro, Nnadi and Ryan are there that have a very high chance of playing good minutes. Usman is not an important player to be discussing |
