Bro, the day I started blocking people on this forum was the day I realized that those trollers can actually distract you even on something offline,

The relief, the improvements which have been happening since I started blocking those trollers, it's a must to just continue as they are not interested in changing or improving.

That block button is one of the best things that ever happened to nairaland in recent times. The same clowns who claim people are being paid to support govt simply because they state their opinion on a public forum run several usernames on the forum. Secondly, they depend on people opinion for the validation of their own existence.

You make your opinion, instead of them to use reply button to make theirs if any, they will rather use the quote button to insult you for not having the same opinion as them. Yet, they are not being paid, but you that doesn't give a rat asss of their existence is being paid. I don't even know Most of the moniker that always quote me with heaps of insult, but they know mine perfectly, because that I'd their job.

As if that is not enough, a single person switching to over 10 usernames per day will conveniently tell you that you are jobless. Nawao.

As a matter of principle, I don't block people, even Obidients, but I must say I agree with a lifetime blocking option.

How banal must someone's life be that they would be kicking up a fuss about being blocked. It's not as if you will contribute anything sensible when you are unblocked

I urge the owner of this website not to capitulate to any request to remove the current blocking feature.
