You will be surprised to find out that there are African countries that are well organized and with better quality of life.

My advice is do not go to African countries with high population or countries that are well exposed like Nigeria.

If you want to succeed sharp sharp, go to countries way below Nigeria in terms of exposure. The reason is because, any business you do even if you are not good in it, they will appreciate it. Botswana, Cape Verde, Seychelles are good example.

Always represent Naija well so others can benefit from your goodwill

I have lived in the Gambia for about three years now , I am into second hand electronic gadget , I started with one car wash location, business got better and I opened three new locations on the high way. For those of you that keep looking down on other smaller African countries , you should leave Nigeria and visit your neighbor benin republic tears will gush out of your eyes when you see how well organized and clean almost everywhere is . Your country gives them electricity, but they have much more stable electricity than the full Nigeria .
The Gambia offers you security,
Ease of doing business
Low tax
Stable electricity
Stable democracy
Loyal women that are way way less materialistic.
Cheap feeding , accommodation is kinda costly

Here’s my take based on experience and observation:
Mauritius — if your priority is stability, safety, peace of mind, and the easiest place to settle and do business.

Rwanda — if you’re focused on efficiency, strong governance, and being part of a fast-rising, opportunity-driven economy.

Botswana or Morocco — solid alternatives if you want political stability, security, and good quality of life outside the island/East African setup.

.. Rwanda president that have been in power since 2000 till now.. oppressing the opposition parties so that they cannot find it difficult to win presidential elections inorder for them to be in power and it's an indefinite tenure..no number of terms or tenure a president can be in office

What kind if business are you looking to do.
Mauritius gets boring very quickly. And it is isolated so you are not able to move in and out as you will want. It is great if you offer tech services , have an online job or you are using it as your business location while you offer your services to a different country .

I prefer a country that isn't wealthy, very affordable, with good amenities, electricity, internet, good banking and smooth money transfer and with a sizable population for my market. At least 10 million people

You think Europe and America is heaven, even citizens here are struggling with poverty, in US people are canceling medical insurance because its too expensive most people own nothing outright even the house u bought u still pay taxes on it. Namibia , specks English, high quality of life, agriculture or commerce is ok, have whites and blacks, so easy to assimilate into the culture. 1000 Namibia dollars is equal to 86k in naira. 3rd safest country in Africa. Reach there, find one oyibo white girl marry and enjoy your life, visit Nigeria once in a while and run back
