I requested for the manual form fillings because the link was down and he reached out to me and even told me he was adding people to their WhatsApp group of which I told him I was not interested. All I needed was the form and I later sent the form I got to him and he lied it was not the actual form and because the amount he was asking was small N5k, I decided to send to him so that I do confirm as I needed to submit urgently. After payment, he started with different stories and rushed to delete his messages without knowing that I am smarter than him and have already been screenshotting our conversations and his number and also bank details. Why do people use their hands to perish and destroy their own destiny because of peanut? What type of hunger that will make you to use your own hands to destroy your own life by yourself! All the same, I know he is seeing this message and reading this here he has blocked me because I asked him to refund the money. This is his number and the account Detials I used in making the payment in the chat. Some humans can just be something else!

Hello everyone. Please, how long does it usually take between when a visa is marked as ‘approved’ and ‘ready for delivery’ for DHL to update the tracking? My visa was shown as approved on the consulate website last Friday, and today is Tuesday, but there is still no update from DHL. Has anyone experienced this delay before? |

Were you asked to provide an invitation letter? If yes, how did you go about authenticating it with signature? focus1256: |
| Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by focus1256: 1:10pm On Dec 11, 2025 |
Yes. I was asked to provide the invitation letter. I found that the consulate has been rejecting invitation letters drafted by the caller themselves, and this usually results in unnecessary delays. To fast-track the process, the caller needs to go to a cartório in Brazil, where they will draft the letter for him and stamp it with recognition of authenticity. The version issued by the cartório is equivalent to a public deed—costly, though. dvs511: |

Please those that applied by themselves should reply please. Can I delete my already booked appointment and rebook it? Will it affect the main application? I made a mistake but it’s already reading under review that I’d receive mail but there’s a part to erase it. I am thinking to erase and rebook the appointment. Has anyone deleted their appointment and rebooked without any issue? |

Do you have an idea how long it took. I'm already in Brazil, is more than six weeks since I have booked an appointment, embassy hasn't asked us to submit our passport. My wife and kids are worried focus1256: |
| Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by francollimasso: 1:07am On Dec 15, 2025 |
Your question is not clear. What do you mean by main application. You can only book on the appointment website. If you delete and start again I believe it will come again as fresh appointment. If what you mean by main application is where you submitted all your documents on the visa application site that your printed your delivery receipt. You can use it again as long as you haven't submitted your delivery receipt to the embassy GodGraceOnly: |

Hello. Can this invitation be prepared and notarized in Brazil for a permanent resident even if they are not in the Brazil? If yes, can it be used to apply for family reunion once it is ready? focus1256: |

francollimasso:Thanks. I’m just seeing this. I deleted the previous appointment and booked a new one and got document submission mail the next day. God Willing, I have couriered all to the embassy. I’m going on vacation By God’s Grace, Amen! |
