IkpuMmadu:This topic is bigger than Shehu Sanni's small brain. Let me educate him and other people that think like him. Nigeria is a poor country rich with some natural mineral resources and governed by the most corrupt Nigerians who managed to fight their corrupt way to the top. These people parading themselves as leaders in Nigeria lack vision, their only interest is how to enrich themselves, their family members, close friends, political associates, political sycophants that help them hold on to power, and because of this, the wealth from the mineral resources of Nigeria is hijacked by the ruling class and some privileged entrepreneurs. All these and more made Nigeria and Nigerians more miserable as corruption becomes institutionalized in Nigeria, causing hardship, illiteracy, mass youth unemployment, underemployment and complete idleness. But then, due to high level of illiteracy, fear of future/old age, Islamic religion, etc., Nigeria have enormous population who are mostly young people. This population means needs that must be met whether they are poor or rich; they must feed, cloth, shelter, merry and sorrow, which creates opportunities for products and services to be rendered to solve the problems and needs of the enormous population of Nigeria. As a Nigerian youth, when you notice these needs and opportunities, you wish to startup a business or service rendering to meet these peoples needs in exchange for money, but then you dont have the money to get you started, in some cases, you dont have the skill or technical know how to render the services and you need to survive. What do you do? And you hear about another country that have lots of well paying jobs that dont even require much skill and when you check the exchange rate, if you earn little there it can be sent back to Nigeria and quadrupled, what would you do? Immigrate to that country asap to start working to earn consistent income that will enable you live your dream life. On the contrary, Chinese and Indians come from a country doing better than Nigeria, they know there are numerous problems in Nigeria they can offer Solutions to and build a business or company around it, they come equipped from their country. Chinese government for instance give Chinese investors huge capital for business, and they also come equipped with the skills and technical know how, so its usually easy for them to startup a new business in Nigeria. So in summary, Nigerians need to japa to work in already established businesses to enable them save before talking about starting their own business. But Indians and Chinese only come to Nigeria to do business and go, so they come equipped with their capital, skill and technical know how. So it's not as if Nigerians aren't seeing the opportunities, they are seeing it but only those that have the capital, skill and technical know how can startup a business. There is a difference between economic migrant and an investor. Most Indians, Chinese, etc come to Nigeria as investors while Nigerians japa to other countries as economic migrants that arrive their destination country empty handed and need a job to start a life |

Shehu Sanni has very low IQ. The Chinese, Lebanese and Indians you see are sponsored by Nigerian elites. The elites MANIPULATE the expatriate quitas to suit themselves. These elites like Shehu Sanni would prefer to partner with these Chinese, Indians and Lebanese than their fellow Nigerians. When one of the companies in Agbara estate was up for sale, some young entrepreneurs were interested in taking over, having worked there and managed the place. Do you know what, an Indian in cooperation with some rich Nigerians who stole and keep stealing our common wealth bought it. They would rather employ the Indiabs and pay expatriates in $ than Nigerians. Secondly, I know a Nigerian who was Financial Controller for over a year in a company. He was not given an official car, rather a mere car grant. Immediately, the guy left and japaed the sane company employed an Indian who was housed in Ikoyi, given an official brand new SUV with a driver and his wife provided a brand new Sedan and a driver for school and house run. Meanwhile, when the Nigerian was there, the company did not see his value. Why, because he is a Nigerian. Simply put, Nigerians are: - Tribalistic and value coloured skin than their prople: Would not offer another tribe man the opportunity. Where they do, they find ways and means to frustrate him Check out UAC andcread their Tribalistic stories. - Nigerians suffer from inferiority complex. They will prefer an "Indian or Chine expert" than locals, who does the real work. This I know for sure. It is the Nigerians that manage ALL governmental relationships. -An Indian with just a "pirated business proposal" can source millions from our banks, yet a Nigerian with collateral would not. Reason, our banks are also Nigerians. Unfortunately, if you go to India, China or Lebanon, Nigerians CANNOT own nor operate a business by themselves. NEVER. I challenge Shehu Sanni to name those stealing the gold in Zamfara. Are they Nigerians or expatriates in collusion with Nigerian Thieving politicians. |

He is both right. We’re just looking at the same place from different angles. Many locals see limits. Weak systems. Corruption. Low pay. Unstable policies. So you look outward, hoping for order, structure, and predictable rewards. Many Chinese, Indians, and Lebanese see gaps. Untapped markets. Less competition. High demand for basic goods and services. Lower entry barriers. They’re not comparing the country to Europe. They’re comparing it to where they started. They don’t come expecting comfort. They come expecting struggle. And they plan for it. They focus on trade, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and services people use every day. They reinvest profits. They live simply at first. They work long hours. They rely on tight family networks. Trust stays inside the group. That reduces risk. You often aim for salaries. They aim for ownership. You look for stability first. They accept instability and price it into their plans. You wait for systems to work. They build around broken systems. What you see that they don’t: 1. Daily frustration 2. Political uncertainty 3. Poor infrastructure 4. A sense of being stuck What they see that you don’t: 1. A young, growing population 2. Huge demand with weak supply 3. Space to start small and scale 4. Opportunities locals overlook because they feel “normal” The country isn’t rich or poor by itself. It rewards different strategies. If you play the “salary + system” game, Europe and Canada win. If you play the “ownership + chaos” game, your country can win. Neither side is foolish. They’re just playing different games with different expectations. |

The last official cross over night which I attended ( over a decade ago), the pastor said, this same year you are complaining is hard for you, someone is still wondering what he did to deserve the kind of blessings he received in the same year you are lamenting about . Take actions and shun unnecessary excuse Everywhere is an Abroad. A British in Nigeria is in abroad |

Illegal mining, smuggling of gold, fermenting banditary and supplying substandard products is the cause of many deaths and insecurity in Nigeria. These are the sectors the Chinese, Lebanese and Indians are prominent in nigeria Many people relocate not because they can’t make it in Nigeria but because they’ don’t want to or are tired of the illegality of money making and living in Nigeria Infact in order to travel alot of families spend more than 20million naira. Which is what some are praying for to retire Once you arrive Nigeria, from the airport you bribe, take a taxi reach a checkpoint you bribe. Start a business you bribe tax collectors, bribe government officials to approve your contract, bribe to approve legitimate payments for work done, sleep with people to get jobs, promotion etc. it is too tiring. To serve God with one heart in such conditions is very difficult Chinese, Indians and the Lebanese are some of the most unscrupulous business people in the world, incase you don’t know. Why are Europeans, Japanese or South Koreans not flooding in like the ones you mentioned? It’s because their societies are far more moral as individuals than them. The Chinese, Indians and Lebanese will make a buck even if it’s illegal, they don’t care The chagouris have been implicated in the Abacha siphoning of money to the Tinubu money mules to funding terrorism in Lebanon. Are those your role models? |

True talk.. As at now, the rate at which foreigners are trooping into the country is alarming.. There was a TikTok dude that left USA to be doing farming in Nigeria, Ogun state precisely. When people asked him why would he leave USA down to Nigeria, he simply responded; you’ll never understand until you travel to America.. |

They are exploiting our people, looting our resources and are arming bandits to kill. The Chinese particularly are giving weapons to bandits to kill and chase people aware from their ancestral lands so that they can move in and illegally mine the resources found there. |
