Did Anyone Else Fail Like Me In 2025? by SpreshMan(op): 9:33am On Dec 15, 2025
Not everybody is gonna relate with this post and that’s fine but this post highlights my 2025 failure.
It’s really funny how I started the year on a positive foot, riding on the Sucess of 2024 crypto bull where i made 20 million plus toward the end of the year, by the end of February 2025, I had made additional 30 million naira plus . Little did I know it was time wrap it up or slow down. I did slow though because I remember not trading much in the month of march, but somehow, someway, with social media pressure of keep chasing the bag, I went back to trading around April and it was a downward spiral from there. Minus $1k here, -$500 and so on . Around May, I took my biggest loss of the year losing 10 million naira in one single day. I think that sealed my fate as regards financial level; after making the obvious move of chasing my loss… I was down and sub 30 million naira networth.
I didn’t stop, reading stories online, I saw there were people who lost their networth and somehow made it back… so I kept trying and trying and failing and failing. Guess what it’s the end of the year and I have found I couldn’t make it back… I couldn’t go past 30 million again. People yap about how a man can fall 7 times and rise back 7 times but in reality it’s very hard. In the last two months, I have been trying some physical hustles and I can tell you for free that’ it’s hard to come about and hold 10 million naira together.
I wasted the year 2025 and I am scared if God/universe is gonna give me another opportunity to come up again.

When u are doing Crypto pls, always add other stuff to it,it would give u time and options.

Like me,I spread my investments across lands and what I do to make the real cash and liquid cash such as mutual funds being the least.

There is no way if I fail here,I would never fail flipping land in choice locations. Not those landed properties in Lagos where agbero has created problems upon.

I am talking about FCDA/Agis lands...where it would be hard to get fake lands except on Local council plots.

It was so funny how the whole thing happened, it’s not like as if I didn’t know how easy it was for people to lose it all…. I was brainstorming and making researches how to properly split and invest my monies but I wasn’t resolute yet… I can remember going for a land inspection at Idu around April and in the next month the tragic losses happened. Sometimes I even wish had just locked the whole money in PiggyVest and didn’t have access to it

You need to be a beast of burden to make it in life.

Anyway, always get insights in anything you want to do before entering.

I can relate to this.
Trading is not for the weak.

Trading is cool when you're profiting and not so cool when you're losing funds.

You just have to know when to stop and leave with your profits.

Every success is born of numerous failures. Try to learn from all of your failures continually....that is how you can eventually succeed, and do so well. undecided

2. There are numerous opportunities out there for everyone, yet only a few people succeed at any of them. Why? Most people never take the time to learn from their many failures. Failure is part and parcel of life and living. In fact, it is through the many failures that you can guarantee your success. So, don't look down on failure in life. Consider seeing them as the opportunities you seek to rise one more level above towards success. undecided

Thanks for the kind words man. I just pray it’s smooth sailing and application of the lessons from here. One good thing about me crying all over the internet is that if I ever cross those financial levels again, I will make reference to here when I was scared, fearful and skeptical of making it back. I pray I’m destined to make it all back

I can’t agree more to your last line … that’s what keeps you profitable

. Success is not about some magical destiny. It is about dedication and desire. If you desire it and you work towards it, making certain to learn from all of the failures you experience along the way, you become better able to position yourself where success is likely to appear to you. undecided

Change your entire perspective on failure and begin to see it as part and parcel of the success you crave. Focus on learning from your mistakes and the mistakes of others, in addition to honing your skills, and you will likely push yourself closer and closer towards your goal by the day. undecided
