Mujtahida:
This your last sentence make me laugh.

People think it's personal but that's a projection of the Nigerian mind set where laws are not respected but are instead used as a tool to either favor one person or punish another person.

That's not Oyibo man's outlook. Outside the qualification process, Fifa does not care if Nigeria qualifies or not. They are not interested in favoring Nigeria or punishing Congo. Rather It's about the sanctity of the law. It's about consequences, it's about tomorrow.

If Congo failed to follow due process, the axe that fell on SA will fall on them. Shikena
If the law say make Congo go do dna test for all the players they must produce the result 😂 no time if dem like make dem cry till next year!

So looking at this otilo for DRC except FIFA pity them, like we always say, rules are rules, and must be followed, don’t try to cheat.

Drc rule, no dual nationality, meaning you can’t be DrC and Another country citizen, it would have even be better if the players where originally drc and went to get other countries passport, then they would have technicalities, but even at that, it’s a long rope.

See what drc did, they don’t allow dual nationality, but went ahead to cap foreign players of drc heritage, there was no change of their laws, there was no renouncing of their foreign citizenship, you just went and gave them passport so they can play, that’s like a coach of 17 boys going to hire 25 years old to play an under 17 competition. They were fraudulent and documentation not done correctly, it’s either drc change their laws for football or players renounces, you cannot eat your cake and have it.

No matter how embarrassing Nigerians claim this is, as a route to qualify, the law is the law, and if fifa ignores this, it sets a precedent for countries to to start falsifying documents for football and get players to play for them.

I believe that if a qualifying series was concluded before FIFA began its investigation into the DRC case, it would not be considered. Instead, what would be considered is the qualification stage that was ongoing when the issue was raised, which is the playoff. The question now is: what will happen to Cameroon?

I don't know why he has that entitlement mentality he should be number 1 without putting in the time and work.

The great Enyeama was dropped by Berti Vogts to the bench for no just reason heaven didn't collapse. Vincent worked to get his place back and wasn't begging or giving ultimatums to be made number 1.

Odunayaw:
Okoye came into the team suspiciously as a third tier club GK. Platter of gold.
Fate handed him starting shirt. Platter of gold.

He shat the bed and rightly lost it.
He did nothing to get the shirt in the first place, did nothing to keep it and has done nothing to get it back.

And what criteria do you have to not rate Stanley over him?

The lad is an entitled freeloader

The fact that we aren't making moves to cap Arthur Okonkwo and we're busy calling up Uzoho is giving me sleepless nights.

This country is cursed. Seriously.
Uzoho reminds me of those kind children those days wey watching film scarce die, wey don already manage enter the house wey dem dey watch home alone. Only for one senior to spot am and say hey you, you never baff. Oya go outside. Dem go rush quickly go baff, then hang for window. Any small opportunity, dem don run squeeze enter the house again.

Uzoho was one of the first people to hit camp. My man been hanging by the window of the team. Small opening, he rush enter. When I saw the people in camp and saw his name, I just laugh. Na player wey no sabi play dey rush first come camp.

If (a very big if) FIFA suspends DR Congo and Nigeria eventually makes it to the world cup

1. Will Troost-Ekong come out of retirement to play in the world cup?

2. How will Maduka Okoye be feeling with his decision to opt out of the AFCON and the possibility of the coach axing him from the team and not selecting him for America?

I imagine both would have conflicted emotions, and be ruing their decisions.
I think we forgive them
Okoye has felt the wrath of Nigerian fans after the AFCON 2021 incident
Udinese is doing well with him
Losing his spot could hurt his career, if you were in the same shoes won’t you make that type of demands
Especially when NFF keeps owing them
These guys have extended families to look after
NFF are thé one’s messing up Nigerian football

For those people na wuruwuru when the falcons won the female Afcon against Morocco shebi Nigeria was accused of fielding plumptre as an ineligible player they even went to file a complaint to CAF so imagine nff didn’t put its house in order won’t we have gotten the sledgehammer? I personally think God is shifting things in the spirit realm so that prime Osimhen can play in a World Cup
I don’t think Wan bisaka is illegal though
Seems like Osimhen is very prayerful o
That’s the only world class player we have
We have some above average players too
And many average players
The Nigerian Federation or our football in entirety doesn’t deserve to be there. We are not organized, our local football needs serious upgrading
I don’t think there’s a case, why are people spreading rumour
Controversial but if it were up to some of us
I will make Benjamin Franklin the next Captain of the Super Eagles
Our team needs to move in a different direction post Ekong, Franklin is the future
A true professional & an example for local players. He is the future
A team player that gives everything on the pitch for Nigeria
Hé can handle pressure

Don't know about this. Zimbabwe fired the coach that saw them through the WC qualifying campaign with halal tactics. If they switch up and start from scratch, which they likely will, dem fit collect wella for this AFCON, especially with all their opponents being bloodlusted for this AFCON. Egypt and SA mean business. They might get a draw against Angola though. Maybe even beat them.
I think SA will beat Egypt in North Africa lol

Lets focus on the AFCON where we truly belong
