That’s a huge disparity between the rich and the poor; which means as we have extreme wealth there, there are also extreme poverty.

It doesn't work like that. No country in this world has companies that pay good salaries like America....like no country comes close. What that means is that people (especially the middle class) work for these super-rich people to create wealth for them and get a chunk of it. That's why the US has the highest disposable income per capita.

Mind you, what you saw there isn't only coming from the US economy, NO! Those people who made the list are global players whose companies get a chunk of every economy in this world. For example, Google has a Nigerian office making money in Nigeria and remitting it to its US headquarters.

That was why I excluded him. I didn't know of Steve Balmer.

I probably glossed over him as he never really identified as such. I prefer a person where both parents were either Jewish or who identified as such despite one of their parents being Jewish.
