Ile ife 450k self-contained I am surprised why it is that expensive, apart from the university the city looks too ancient to be that expensive.

I stay in a standard 2 bedroom, although not pop, it's PVC and total package I paid was 370k but yearly rent is 300k. I always believe in the concept of value for money. I prefer to give out money for free than pay for something that's not worth the value.

Yeah I heard some place are cheaper that you can even get a 2 bedroom flat for that amount.
I live close to the teaching hospital, I was in a hurry because I have over 100k plus on hotels since it was my ist time here and i dont know anyone.
I guess the agent pulled a fast one on me, the house is small it is neat with pop but definitely not worth that amount. I heat that you can't get house without agent in ife self.

The level of how high the cost of living is it's really affecting people negatively and it's is very insane, not to talk of greedy and dishonest house agents and landlords/landladies exploiting house seekers or tenants for their own selfish gains and even to pay the bills is a totally different ball game

There's a lot to enjoy in PHC and yes I do enjoy whenever I'm chanced for such.

You should try and travel.
I do that once in a while minimum of one week just to change location if I've stayed in a place too long.
