It's very crazy in PH. Since we move to this house no tenant has moved from here. Our rent started from 650k to 1.2m in 4years. Despite that it's still cheap compared to others houses around.

If you are cool and abiding ,you will roll with your kind of people, while if you are the fighting active guy, your people full outside waiting for you.... fighting people will not go and bother cool people, you feel where im driving at?? Papa Ajao, Ajao estate, ilupeju side etc are cool place to live around Mushin.

We are talking about the cost of where you stay
Some stay in a self con which is 450k according to him. Some a bedroom flat which is 1.5 and some stay in duplex in Ada George (self compound)

Don't get upset about the duplex every body can afford it but sometimes people see it as a waste of money
