What is not clear about USDS repurposed to DOGE

https://news.clearancejobs.com/2025/01/21/new-executive-order-renames-usds-to-doge-how-this-affects-government-tech-modernization/

The executive order rebrands the U.S. Digital Service (USDS), originally created in 2014 under President Obama, as the U.S. DOGE Service (USDS). This renaming reflects the broader ambitions of the new administration to make government operations

Stop trying to be half smart. Our positions are clear. Is DOGE an act of congress or an executive order?

Congressman Chip Roy, a Republican, just told us all that when it comes to health care, his party has nothing to offer the American people but “milquetoast garbage.” After decades, Washington Republicans still have no plan, no solutions, and no answers for the American people.

That was New York Times smear and scandalous story released ahead of the documents release. The same NYT that at the end wriote .
To avoid a lawsuit they ended up with
...... Mr. Epstein had a talent for acquiring powerful friends, some of whom have become ensnared in the continuing scrutiny of his crimes. For months, Mr. Trump has labored furiously to shift himself out of the frame, dismissing questions about his relationship with Mr. Epstein as a “Democrat hoax” and imploring his supporters to ignore the matter entirely.
An examination of their history by The New York Times has found no evidence implicating Mr. Trump in Mr. Epstein’s abuse and trafficking of minors.

They write hearsay ,publish it without confirmation for obrigardo to believe but in the end say they found no evidence.
I'm sure this Tina Davis story will take a turn.

How can USDS created by an Executive Order by Obama in 2014 ,then repurposed and renamed by Trump as DOGE be an Act of Congress?

Lionessza6:
When I said “Black South Africans are an extension of a weaker Africa, while whites are an extension of Europe,” i was not talking about identity, culture, or worth. I'm talking about structural backing in the global system.

1. “Extension” does not mean loyalty or DNA
It means where power, capital, protection, and recovery capacity come from when things go wrong.

In the modern world, groups are not equal because of pride or history; they are equal because of networks and fallback options.

2. Whites in South Africa are structurally linked to Europe regardless of citizenship.

*They have deep capital ties to Europe and North America
*Easier access to investment, credit, skills markets, and migration pathways
*Cultural, legal, and institutional familiarity with powerful economies

If South Africa collapses, they can exit into strong systems. This does not mean they are “foreign agents.”It means they have a continental safety net.

3. Black South Africans are structurally linked to Africa.Again, regardless of patriotism:

*Africa as a continent is weaker economically and politically in the global hierarchy
*Limited capital markets, weak currencies, fragile institutions
*Fewer global fallback options
*When things collapse, there is nowhere powerful to retreat to

If South Africa fails, Black South Africans fall with it.

4. Why this matters for policy and protest
Because of this imbalance:

Reckless disruption hurts Black citizens first.Economic collapse is not an abstract risk....it is existential.

Whites can wait, hedge, exit, or re-anchor elsewhere.Blacks must protect and reform the system they are trapped in.This is why Black South Africans are often institutionalists rather than romantic radicals.

5. Why Pan-African pressure often rings hollow.Calls to “burn it down” in the name of African pride ignore this asymmetry.

Pan-Africanists who already live in weaker states can afford symbolic destruction because the baseline is already low.South Africans cannot.

6. Black American comparison
Black Americans face a similar reality:

*Their fate is tied to the U.S. system
*They do not have a powerful “Black nation” to retreat into

So they fight for reform, rights, and inclusion...not collapse

7. The uncomfortable truth is that this isn’t cowardice. It is strategic realism.

When you are an extension of a weaker system, you must defend and improve the strongest structure you have, not destroy it to prove ideological purity.

Not self-hate.Not white worship.
Structural awareness!
😁😁you people think too much.

All this grammar just to say you’re scared. Nigerians don’t analyze structures .We ARE the structure. Before systems wake up, Nigerians have already adjusted, dominated, and moved on. That’s why the whole world knows us.

Talking about “collapse” like it’s a threat. Nigeria has been collapsing since independence and we’re still standing. That’s called resilience. You wouldn’t survive one week without comfort and institutions that’s why you worship them.

We don’t need fallback options because we don’t fall. Wherever Nigerians land, economy starts moving. That’s facts. We don’t wait for permission, policies, or perfect conditions. We move.

Pan-Africanism makes you uncomfortable because it reminds you that Africans can operate without approval. You prefer safety over greatness.

Nigeria is global by default. Our people are everywhere, influencing everything, loud or quiet. Some people are local and defensive, some are continental by nature. It’s not your fault.

In 2020 Fulton county in Georgia counted 315000 early mail in votes without poll workers signature.
Biden won Georgia by 11779 votes.
Trump had called George Raffensberger and told him to find 11000 votes that could be nullified. Only 11000 votes Instead the call was leaked and jack Smith plus Fani Willis criminalized the call saying the call was improper.
Still the issue of vote counting stopping at midnight , then Ruby Miss and her daughter continuing to count was ignored by courts.

That's what I've said all along, democrats and the left don't care about the victims. They only want to see Trump muddied and possibly removed from power.
Epstein to democrats starts and stops with Trump.
I have read unredacted copies of the grand jury testimonies of Ghislaine ,Virginia Giuffrey, Epstein's butler, his co-pilot and a few others They exonerated Trump completely . I think I posted them here some years ago. They were redacted stupidly, pasting them to notepad removed the hidden parts.

Calling analysis ‘fear’ is what people do when they’ve never had anything worth protecting. Thinking through structures isn’t cowardice...it’s what you do when collapse would actually kill your future instead of just reshuffling your hustle. You survive chaos because you’ve normalized loss; we resist it because the cost is real.

You aren’t ‘the structure.’ You operate in the cracks of other people’s structures. Improvisation in disorder isn’t power...it’s dependency with good PR grin. If you were the structure, Nigeria wouldn’t export people faster than it exports value. You move because the ground beneath you never stabilizes.

Adjusting quickly in collapse isn’t dominance; it’s adaptation to permanent failure. Dominance is owning systems that don’t require constant escape plans. That’s why your talent thrives abroad and bleeds at home....because chaos is only survivable when someone else’s order absorbs the shock.

Calling decades of collapse ‘resilience’ is Stockholm syndrome grin. Standing still while your institutions rot isn’t strength...it’s inertia. We don’t romanticize suffering as identity. We measure outcomes. And by that metric, surviving dysfunction isn’t victory...it’s unpaid debt.

You say we ‘worship institutions’ because you’ve never experienced what happens when they disappear. Institutions aren’t comfort...they’re compounding advantage. They’re why some societies fall and recover, while others fall and scatter. You call it softness because you’ve had to make peace with instability.

You claim you don’t need fallback options because you ‘don’t fall,’ yet Nigerians build their lives around exit strategies🙆‍♀️. Your economy only ‘starts moving’ when you plug into systems someone else already stabilized. Movement without ownership is motion, not power.

Pan-Africanism doesn’t scare us...it insults our intelligence🗑. Burning down the strongest structure available to prove ideological purity is easy when you have nothing left to lose. We do. Symbolic destruction is affordable only to those already living at the bottom.

Being everywhere isn’t global power; it’s dispersion. Influence without anchor is noise. You scatter because your home system can’t hold you. We anchor because collapse would trap us, not free us.

You mock writing because planning exposes the limits of chaos culture. Real movers don’t just run....they secure supply lines, institutions, and recovery paths. You move fast because standing still would force you to confront what never got built.😅😅

You confuse survival in disorder with mastery of reality. We don’t have that luxury. When your system fails, you relocate. When ours fails, we fall with it. That’s not fear...that’s structural awareness. You gamble with chaos because you can flee it. We defend systems because we can’t.

You’re not wrong that South African institutions have cracks. Of course they do. No serious country pretends otherwise. The point isn’t that our systems are perfect...it’s that they exist, persist, and still constrain collapse.

A cracked dam is not the same thing as no dam.A failing court is not the same thing as no court.A stressed grid is not the same thing as permanent darkness.

What you’re describing are erosions, not absences.South Africa’s problem is decay under pressure; Nigeria’s problem is scale without consolidation. One is a system struggling to hold; the other is a society forced to function without dependable holding structures at all. Those are not equivalent conditions.

Despite corruption, poor handling of mass-migration, and political dysfunction, South Africa still:

Resolves disputes through courts rather than patrons.Transfers power through elections rather than collapse.Maintains capital markets, pensions, contracts, and regulatory memory.Produces value at home, not primarily through exit.

That’s why failure here is dangerous...we’re falling from something. And that’s exactly why analysis matters. You’re right that stability isn’t absolute. But relative stability compounds. Even weakened institutions still:

*Anchor capital

*Retain skills

*Enable recovery instead of flight

The fact that South Africans argue so intensely about institutional decline is itself evidence of structural expectation. We expect systems to work, so their failure alarms us. Societies without that expectation normalize improvisation instead. So yes....South Africa has cracks.
But cracks presuppose a structure.

And that’s the core difference:
We debate how to repair systems.
You debate how to outmaneuver their absence. That’s not a moral judgment. It’s a structural one

I’m not denying Nigeria has courts, elections, markets, or regulators. Of course it does. My point isn’t existence...it’s reliability and primacy.

In Nigeria, courts function, but patronage often resolves disputes faster than law. Elections occur, but outcomes are regularly contested through power-brokering, not just institutions. Capital markets exist, yet serious capital hedges offshore because enforcement risk is assumed. Value is produced, yes..but the most upwardly mobile Nigerians still plan around exit, not reinvestment.

That’s not a newspaper take....that’s observable behavior: remittance dependence, asset externalization, and career trajectories optimized for leaving or hedging.

Nigeria runs on parallel systems: the formal one and the informal one. People succeed by knowing which to use when. That’s adaptive and impressive...but it’s not the same as institutions being the default.

So this isn’t about dismissing Nigeria’s complexity. It’s about recognizing that when systems are optional, resilience rises...but compounding power doesn’t.💁‍♀️
