Since I started having cattarh, I can't smell or know the taste of anything I put in my mouth.
Please recommend any medicine for me and I will gladly appreciate it

It is a normal outcome when someone has a flu. Don't worry, it is not permanent. Your sense of smell and taste will come back as soon as the cattarh is gone.

Though it has happened to me before and it came back when I had cattarh then too but I just hate it

Haibo! So it's the first time you have flu? Just mix ginger with warm water and drink, also wear a face mask... I'd recommend a cloth one because it's reusable and comfortable, especially when sleeping at night, it also prevents your nose from going dry because a dry nose during flu can be very painful.

I think it’s Covid
Don’t worry,you will get your sense of smell and taste back,it happened to me back in 2022,I couldn’t even enjoy food because they had no taste in my mouth

The food is the painful part😞 and I don't joke with food

Some of the home remedies that I use are warm water mixed with ginger or ginger tea, med-lemon or lemon tea, keep warm, and take enough bed rest... My immune system has adapted to the sickness, so it doesn't bother me that much.

But iliadin nasal spray can also help with blocked nose.
