It is the department to rightly be wary of.

Frederick OUT
Aina OUT
And Ekong, from a leader's POV retired.

That is 3 legs in our defence missing. 2 are sure starters. That is half of our defence not available so the defensive look at the back was always gonna be shaky.

Second half was the problem we were decent in first half

I also think the coach made changes too early

Tanzania is a very poor team yet we made them look more competitive than necessary, I genuinely feel for Chelle...we're so fucking uninspiring.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by phamarsenal: 8:28pm On Dec 23, 2025
its too early to throw stines and critize the team .. bt the truth is this defence cant win the afcon.. if we would stand a chance of winning this tournament chelle has to do sometin either by bringing in extra defensive cover or an additional holding midfielder to cover grounds, else the likes of senegal and other big teams will hv us on toast
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by CapitalCee(m): 8:28pm On Dec 23, 2025
The fact that Ndidi, Zaidu and Osayi-Samuel are played 90 minutes in this game. Shows we dont have a coach. Eric Chelle is a very very substandard coach.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 8:29pm On Dec 23, 2025
The problem is Osimhen may not score, but remove him and the team becomes useless
