🇳🇬 From Aba to Shakhtar Donetsk. Prosper Obah’s rise has been nothing short of incredible. From playing on dusty pitches in Umuahia to signing a long-term deal with Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk, the 22-year-old winger is proving that hard work, humility, and belief truly pay off. Obah — known for his blistering pace, sharp finishing, and fearless dribbling — has reached a career-defining milestone less than six months after arriving in Ukraine. His journey started at Supreme Kings FA, under the guidance of talent developer Anaeto Samuel Chukwuma, who helped shape his raw ability into elite quality. After showing promise in Portugal with Vizela, Obah exploded in the Ukrainian Premier League with LNZ Cherkasy: ⚽ 7 goals 🎯 4 assists 📅 15 matches Now, he joins Shakhtar Donetsk on a contract running until 2030, ready to make his mark in domestic and European football. The dream is alive. The rise continues. #copied

All World cup qualified teams really doing well…hope they dont go to the world cup and start falling to teams like Uzbekistan and Curacao. Egypt won Zimbabwe with late goal from Salah, saving their blushes Nairaland: thats how big boys step up, see the way Salah came to rescue(people suddenly became blind to the fact that Egypt struggle against a team they are miles ahead of Egypt (3rd in africa ) vs Zimbabwe (37th) 2-1 na so everyone start dey praise Egypt😄🤣 Nigeria (5th) vs Tanzania (28th) 2-1….many people don already give up on super eagles that they cant measure up….Many will tip Egypt with such performance to win afcon than give it to Nigeria 🤣🤣 Anyways i was also disappointed we were missing chances that day, but i so believe the super eagles will in this Afcon. bring Algeria,CIV,Tunisia,Morocco,Senegal….we go kee ourselves for pitch afterall DRC(8th) did same gri gri na draw e end…. Now African Champions CIV (7th) don struggle to beat Mozambique (22nd) hope we go rest small now Super Eagles will rise again |

Odunayaw:I don’t know if I’m in that camp but I don’t rate Egypt for this AFCON. I don’t see them going beyond quarters. |

Clint02:If I say it they’ll say I’m hating dude. He is fast enough to delay his run or curve it slightly. For club and country it’s a recurring theme. The worst ones are when he’s on the outside shoulder of the defender. You can see his number, you should be able to hold your run. |

JohnBullMySon:I’m like you, too. Don’t see them going past QFs. They need a strong Al Ahly spine to go far. The mid 2000s have passed. |

What an incredible game! You won't appreciate the Super eagles until you see how good the team they defeated are playing against other teams. |

Bossoflife25:im a very creative and not a one-sided thinker ooo, i try to view things from both side of the coin, i no go just come dey do “Praise the lord!! praise the lord always for here!!”….in as much as i stand strong with super eagles, i will still clear you that our federation is limiting and stalling our potential….we should be consistently resilient….NFF should stop making us a laughing stock amongst baby teams….i wont praise Egypt or any powerhouse nation for playing nonsense and blame Nigeria for playing same nonsense, instead i will give Nigeria pat on the back…..but doesn’t remove the fact that our standard really dropped and we are still finding it hard to assert ourselves back…. NFF is spoiling things, i dont have issue with super eagles i have issue with the way NFF is rubbishing our brand over the years |

Kilishihunter:Go outright defensive and get outplayed and beaten. History has a way of repeating itself. It is not just about the defeat, it is more about the hardship that you will encounter on the pitch. |
