Bro it is shameful. back to back WC qualification failure? that's incompetence. Of course I blame NFF more
Dannyxy:
because our last place is stronger than many peoples last place team, it’s embarrassing we allow South Africans beat us to first but let’s rest that talk of deductions, it’s the rules of the game, another day we might be affected, there is no shame, we qualify fairly base on the rules.

What’s shameful is NFF allowing South African play 7 games at home, and owing the boys…

Why are we always confused about our formation? Which site has the right formation?

TheSuperNerd:
Starting XI: Nwabali - Bruno, Bassey, Ajayi, Osayi - Ndidi, Onyeka, Iwobi - Lookman - Akor, Osimhen.

A double pivot is in place and a 3man midfield but not a 3 man central backline which is what I would have preferred.

Frank Onyeka in a double pivot with Wilfred Ndidi and probably with licence to also bomb forward.

2 man attack of Akor and Osimhen. Lookman playing close to them and Iwobi to act as the linkman between midfield and attack.

Hmmm... on paper seems to me like a 4-3-1-2 but it could vary in interpretation when executed.
Reinforcement in midfield with Onyeka. Not bad.

Still a four-man defence but Bruno in for Zaidu. I guess this is justified with the stinker Zaidu dropped in the Tanzania game. I would have preferred a five-man defence though.

Also, I'll have preferred Chukwueze to have started ahead of Akor Adams.

Anyways, what will be will be and what will not be will not be.

Fingers crossed......

We can only hope for the best. The way we keep chopping and changing our starting 11 worries me.

Is Bruno even better than zaidu?

Plus is that Ryan not good enough to bench Osayi? Osayi has never had a good game for us, at most average, then Ajayi is a shaky daddy, Omoh the trick is to defend from front, because we inviting pressure, I don’t think we can handle it, not for just the game but going forward…

We must set up to defend from opponents half.

Chelle is probably afraid to experiment.

Ndidi was unplayable against Rwanda
With the extra support from Onyeka, I believe he will have one of his better games today

Actually it’s more of the way the group will turn out just in case the result tonight doesn’t favour us. A win for either Uganda or Tanzania could affect us one kind going into the last group fixture but the draw keeps both of them at a point each instead of one of them grabbing the whole 3 points

If Awazie cannot bench Osayi, what exactly was he invited for?
There are players you see in the lineup and you just get demoralized.
Well I blame who invited them in the first place.

We make other teams play better. The fear of Nigeria is the beginning of wisdom. Simply for our pedigree alone, a lot of teams are frightened of us to the core, so they come at us with everything they've got. Our posh innit boys don't see it way though. They're all vibes and inshallah. Many of them can't mark, track back, hold possession, take risks and/or stick their necks out to make vital tackles or interceptions. They don't rate themselves as highly as others rate them. They're talented but not disciplined.
You have said it all.

I'm just praying for the day Osayi will cease playing for us. He's the most ineffectual RB Nigeria has ever had. He gives me jitters
