Tunisia got a dubious penalty, however Chelle does not know how to close a game!

You were leading 3-1 and you removed a midfielder and put two wingers. What are you doing man?

He almost cost us this game. Remove Onyeka and bring on another destroyer.

Trust those young boys. Use them. Use Nnadi!
I swear! If he knew he wasn't going to have any need for Akinsanmiro or Nnadi, then what the hell did he invite them for? Kuku carry 11 players only na! Rubbish!!

Congratulations 🎉 to super eagles . It is now clear we don't have a coach . The coach appears clueless with substitution. How far the team will go will surely depend on the individual performance. Even if we reach final the coach is extremely clueless

That penalty was not a penalty

Hopefully our defence gets better as they progress at the AFCON, but we have to face the reality that the probability of us conceding in a game is 80%. We have to adopt the Barcelona Strategy....Outscore our opponents.

Chelle and our team made them play rubbish before his rubbish subs and nwabali turned this into a nail biter, ejuke should have also done better on that our last chance too

Coach removed midfielders and put wingers . Haba this man is clueless . Is it a must for wingers to play ? We don't have a coach . Even if we win the tournament,I repeat we don't have a coach . How far the team goes will determine on individual performance
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by FiveFootNinja(m): 11:04pm On Dec 27, 2025
3-0 or 3-1 would have been a true statement win. 3-2 feels light, like we barely escaped. This scoreline seriously flatters Tunisia. We had 80%+ possession in the first half for crying out loud!

Nwabali is a disaster waiting to happen. Nwabali is the worst goalkeeper in this tournament
very stupid player. The first goal he was supposed to stop that goal. If he is not fit ,then he should Bleep off. What nonsense of a player.

his game management is very poor
I dunno if he wears a veil once 2nd half begins. Check all his terrible moves that undo a lead or jeopardize stuff, same approach. One can't even see if he knows the mix and roles of his midfielders. This kine manager go mess up if we go World Cup. He needs to get his head in the game now. The players need tactician wey sabi 2nd half abeg

Coach need to sit him down and have serious talk with him

Honestly, Chelle and the Team did a good job today. Imagine beating a high ranking team comfortable out-played them?
If not for the carelessness and stvpidity of a guy who calls himself goalkeeper that mounted pressure on his team mates, the game would have ended 3-0.
NFF, Chelle, I don tell una.

Nwabali almost cost us this match. That first goal gave the Tunisians hope of getting something from the match. Why must Nwabali make an error in every match? It’s becoming an issue at this point. The pk is never a penalty. They don’t give such in EPL.

Tunisians were just lucky to capitalize on goalkeeper error and a dubious penalty. Eric Chelle didn’t try with his subs too

No the coach is sabotaging us. We are in deep shit. For the first time the boys impressed me they played well and did almost everything right but Chelle is becoming a bad omen for us.

We just beat a North African powerhouse, in North Africa let's put things into perspective before coming for Chelle
It will be difficult to do, seeing the manner in which we closed this game
Chelle's terrible game management will make headlines more than our win and subsequent qualification for the next round

he made a stupid mistake removing onyeka. He was the one covering osayi nonsense. Then comes ejuke who doesn't understand marking. Chelle made a stupid mistake with his substitution. Who taught him that ?all those Nigeria assistant coaches should leave the super eagles. Because they are more useless.

To think Ejuke and Simon didn't do anything of significance when they came in eh. Nnadi, Ebenezer and Onyedika are on the bench if at all you need to sub out Frank. Like what kind of ridiculous decision was that?
