I hope this is a false allegation because 50 billion is too huge to be wish away,I hope the governor will come out and clear himself.

No snake is gone. Nobody is asking him to refund the money. All they want to do is discredit him, dirty him such that when he speaks, everyone covers their nose.

That's a lie. You guys simply have no idea what happened. Ladoja already went to court on the matter and the court already gave a preliminary injunction that status quo be maintained before then Olubadan died
If the case was not withdrawn from court, there's no way Lekan Balogun could have ascended the throne so the deal was for Ladoja to withdraw the case, accept the Obaship system and let things be for peace to reign

The law was gazetted and his lawyers saw that he won't become Olubadan if he didn't take the Otun crown (una call am carton crown, na una problem be that) and advised him to go and take it ..... Nothing like out of court settlement.
It was at the inauguration of the other 10 as Oba which he boycotted that the gazetted law was distributed.
