Whew! That was quite the satisfying watch.

Kudos to the Team B for putting up that compact performance, everyone came and did what they were supposed to do.

Osimhen handled his captaincy very well. I was proud of him and the maturity he showed for the duration he was on the pitch. Very unselfish as well, and wasn’t trying to be the star of the show.

Onyedika with a brilliant performance and two goals to announce his presence. Chukwueze’s first half was a bit dodgy, but he more than made up for it in the second half. Moses Simon was a live wire in the first half, but calmed in the second.

Alebiosu was really good in this game and I look forward to seeing more of him.

3/3 is a great statement in this tournament, but I have trauma from the last time we did 3/3, so I do hope these boys can continue on this path. I don’t mind the lack of clean sheets, speaking of which…

Although largely untested, Uzoho gave a good account of himself in this game. Had a good command of his area, calm and reassured. The goal he conceded could have been conceded by anyone. Good game for him too.

Osimhen is not playing like he is 100% fit. Or he played cautiously uncharacteristically today.
he played cautiously. He knows he can't push hard else another yellow card. A typical osihmen would have been tracking back to join in the defensive phase.

Ivory Coast can't finish 3rd
It's between Mozambique and Cameroon
They can.

If Gabon beats them with higher GD than a Mozambique win against Cameroon, Mozambique tops the group with 6pts and Cameroon ranks ahead of Côte d’Ivoire with superior GD

May God forgive all of you that kept doubting Chelle after series and series of him churning out results by all means. I don't know how I do it o, but I don't rush into conclusions and I can easily tell if you know what you're doing or not.

I kept shouting that Chelle knows his onions, Chelle knows his onions, una no wan believe. This man is still freaking UNBEATEN in every Official match he's played with the Super Eagles, and he keeps trying different tactical approaches and different players!

Éric Sekou Chelle is the man. If e sure for Finidi George or Peseiro, make them come run am na, 3 matches, 8 goals scored! The highest in the tournament. Some people say he dey run on Osimhen grace alone, make them come talk am now na. No be everything be complain, calm down and analyze!

Watching the Super Eagles play is like watching a football club play now, just do the calms and always pick the positives and amplify it! Brooo! I love Éric Chelle. My manager! Maresca no fit stand where my coach dey 😏🔥🦅

Am tired of Cameroon. I want different opposition. This Cameroon is not the 2000-2003 set. I need Dr Congo then South Africa then any North African country. God bless Nigeria

There's a thin line though. I've seen people on social media outright call him trash because he was mostly benched by our most recent coaches.

I'm so happy for Raphel, been clamouring for him to be played all this while, and he took it with both hands when the opportunity presented itself..
For those of us familiar with his game, this comes as no suprise at all, we hope he's afforded more opportunities along the line.

We might be in trouble in the next round if the pattern of substitution remains the same. The coach is expected to make like for like changes. I keep saying it that the setup must remain the same from beginning till the end.

Always have 2 STRIKERS ON THE PITCH at all times, when that happens no striker tires out , no injuries, more goal scoring options and most importantly, the tempo never drops. A good team might capitalize on this and knock us out.

The coach needs to do better in this aspect. This message must get to the coach. If anyone here has the means to do so please do.
