For those of you hyping this team, remember they are facing Ugandahuh

Hold your praises gor when they perform against a team like Senegal or South Africa

Uganda isn't a top team even in thwir region of africa
You think its about the opposition? No, its the way we're playing!! we're now stringing passes together effortslesy and creating loads of chances.

With the improvement in our game play even Senegal and Morocco will have problems against us.

Yeah he honestly impressed me.

Been a a while we had a midfielder who could provide that goal scoring threat.
His limited playing time is stifling his potentials.

He started this game with caution, always keeping it simple inorder not to give away possession.

He became more confident after his brace.

Bench role has a way of demoralising a player.

Hope he starts our next game.

Once Benjamin is back from injury then it might be curtains for Chidozie as far as the national team is concerned.
Sadly
If Chelle likes him, he may still get invites but he will hardly play

I for like see Akinsanmiro. But he chance will come. I was thinking he will come in for bashiru. Though bashiru was excellent today
Bashiru was unplayable abeg!!
Proper midfield display

We didn't miss Iwobi, Ndidi or Onyeka at all!

We might be in trouble in the next round if the pattern of substitution remains the same. The coach is expected to make like for like changes. I keep saying it that the setup must remain the same from beginning till the end.

Always have 2 STRIKERS ON THE PITCH at all times, when that happens no striker tires out , no injuries, more goal scoring options and most importantly, the tempo never drops. A good team might capitalize on this and knock us out.

The coach needs to do better in this aspect. This message must get to the coach. If anyone here has the means to do so please do.
So you don't know that Chelle visits this thread? 😏😏

Because in some games, we will have to play against our opponents and the refs

EEGA:
Our coaches not giving Raphael playing time, is seriously affecting his game.

From his debut up until Chelle's appointment, he has always been known for his goals and forward passes.

The forward passes seems to be lacking in his game lately. He now prefers side-ways passing and back-ward passes.

He got his mojo back, and started threading diagonal and forward passes after his brace.

We've a midfield maestro in our hands, but must give him enough playing time to excel.
In a certain sense, I think I understand why he's not being featured. He's a very good footballer but he doesn't have steel. That can be taken care of by playing him with the likes of Ndidi or Onyeka.

This AFCON cameroun team are good o. I will give them their flowers. The new coach dropped Onana, Abubakar and I think Anguissa too, yet they are playing so well. Infact one guy turned down their invitation.

We haven't had scoring midfielders since Okocha and his colleagues left the stage.

I like how Onyedika arrives the opposition box, he is always closer to the edge waiting for cut backs when the ball goes to the wing. This is how he has scored all his goals for the super eagles.
