CIV, Cameroun, Mozambique. The Super Eagles will beat any of them. None of them wanna play Nigeria either.
Let’s be humble o Afcon can be like a banana peel or like biscuit you don’t know where it might crack. And that’s what we are seeing in both matches this evening

just hoping Mozambique loses.. Better to meet them, not Ivory Coast. Because the way i dey see am, Gabon go win this match.

But nothing wrong with avenging our loss to Ivory Coast at the round of 16 grin

But that game was bae and a far departure from what we are seeing this evening.

I think when rivals clash it just brings out the beasts in both teams

It is not arrogance speaking. It is tactical observation. The teams in Group F wont dominate Tunisia in the manner the Super Eagles did.
I have carefully watched all the teams at this Afcon and it is sincerely hard to point out a more dominant showing by a top side against another top side at this edition.

The Super Eagles' 79mins vs Tunisia will decimate anyone in Group F, tough as they are.

Ivory Coast trying to fight now vs Gabon realising if they dont, they could end up meeting Nigeria who smashed this Gabon side that they are trailing currently.

This is only if Mozambique retakes the lead vs Cameroun

Gabon is leading but they are out . Even if they win by 10 goals .Nigerians praying to avoid Ivory coast.
As it stands now .The table shows
Cameroon
Ivory coast
Mozambique
Gabon
Ivory coast currently second on the table due to head to head against Mozambique. Nigeria will meet Ivory coast if Mozambique wins

Algeria vs DR Congo Round of 16 is one I will so much enjoy. Whichever contender dies in that battle pleases me. But if, and only if, we get past our Rof16 opponent, we face the winner of that titanic clash.

Mozambique should not be underrated, they are fast but I still prefer Mozambique to Cameroon or ivory coast at this stage

Don't forget that CIV is playing with their second team in this game, just like Nigeria.

However, truly, CIV seems scared to meet Nigeria.

The Super Eagles should motivate themselves with the knowledge that we have scores to settle with those two teams

Algeria for AFCON 2019
DR Congo for last month's WC playoffs.

The coach appears confident of his second squad getting the job done. He replaced 10 players from his starting 11.

Yes they are, like Nigeria did vs Uganda, CIV started with 3 main XI lads bringing in 8 fresh legs but they certainy didnt expect to be 2 goals down or for Lafont to commit an error.

I see their urgency to erase the deficit quickly and not shoot themselves further in the foot.

we all never wanted Cameroon in the last 16 of last afcon because they were our bitter rival…when we catch them wetin we do them?…

He replaced 8. Zaha and Seri are first XI lads as well. They both did not start the Cam game but started vs Mozambique alongside Yan and Amad.

Emerse Fae seems to juggle his 11 especially in Zaha's and Seri's roles and from the 1st half, it has not gone to plan as he probably overestimated his troops.

Cameroon playing hard not to face their perennial nemesis Nigeria grin

But to be honest this new Cameroon team looks very different, really good team under their new coach.
